Dear members, I am starting this thread to know from you as to Which 'NASHA' is the most self destructive and which one is most productive and satisfying of all.......When i say 'NASHA' it does not necessarily means Intoxicting substance[yes they all are included ofcourse].

Darru ka ho skke sei,Drugs ka ho skke sei,Sundartta ka ho skke sei,Jhuthhi takkat ka ho skke sei,Daulat ka ho sakke sei,Takkatwar shreer ka ho skke sei,Udhhari takkat ka ho skke sei,Mehanatt karnne ka ho sakke sei,Pyar ka ho skke sei........there can be many such 'NASHA'

In my view " Takat ka Nasha" is the most destructive. It destroys not only the self but others around as well.

very interesting thread kaka ji.... addiction to anything is bad... sudn't say bad.. but harmful. like my Babu said once (bfr dprting)... larki ar lottery beta BEAWARE!! ... dekhlo.. ar se donu Lakshmi ke roop..
nasha to sab ka ee maada se... lat nahi honi chaiye kise bhi cheez ki.

Ego.... according to me... when limited to being an egoist and not an egotist is the best NASHA.... One who knows what he/she is, strengths and can work accordingly goes till the heights of the world!!!!!

The worst nasha is of power!!! Power corrupts even the best of the best people in the world!!!!

Ishwar bhakti ka nasha according to me is nothing but an ILLUSION.... Illusion which leads to forgetting the self even and leads to nothing... but euphoria for a limited period!! As all addictions do.... A mixed affcet could be seen in a person addicted to this illusion.. and the greatest lie of the words of tounge and of ink... that " Jo hua achha hua, jo ho raha hai achha ho raha hai, aur jo hoga achha hoga" Yeh nasha.. aadmi ki reasoning power khatam kar deta hai... aur usko bas eik kathputli bana deta hai!!! Duniya uska bewakoof bana ke kaam karatu hai!!

1. There are many contradictions Shobhit in this statement. First of all let me take a clue from your other post where you concluded that forgetting oneself is the basis of happiness. If that is so, why that should not be true in case of Ishwar Bhakti, even if its an illusion according to you ?

2. What do you mean by illusion? In my view illusions are as real as reality provided they last lifetime. I have rarely heard of Ishwar Bhakts whose so called Illusions did not last life time. Does that not assure lifetime happiness?

3. Who said that true Ishwar Bhakts are not Karamyogies and leave things to fate? One has to define what his Ishwar is and in what form one sees Him.

It's only one's outlook. It shows if someone's a pessimist or an optimist. Ek cheez ke hamesha do sides hote hain .. like a coin..aap kis ko choose karte hain depends on what kind of person you are and what you think. You cannot reason out everything in this world. Its better if you take things in a positive stride instead of dwelling on it like a pest.

Shobhit bhai, is duniya mein mostly har cheez reason out nahi hoti...you must except it. agar reason out hoti toh yeh swarg hota.

Jo ho raha hai accha ho raha Jo hoga accha hoga. I feel one must not take it literally. This statement helps you think in other direction, gives a different perspective. It gives you a hope which in turn becomes a ladder to a better tomorrow.

Bhagwan bhakti honi chahiye magar bhaiya agar nasha ho jaaye toh bas moda hee ban jaa sai insaan...... bhagwan par pura vishwas karna chahiye magar nyu nai ak sansaarik jeevan hee bhul jya...
