for most entry level jobs in singapore you need to be either a PR or a citizen. For others
- there will be a few MNCs who will look at freshers outside
- Contacts really help in some companies. Strong referral based recruitment.
- another option in HR could be the Recruting firms, there are plenty and all recruit 12 months of the year for their own positions.
