Hi every one -my name is vinay , i have been working in oracle as project accounting system adminstrator from last 3 three years so in order to move into the functional side of the PA , i went and completed my traning from the oracle university for project costing, billing and resource management so now where ever i go for the interview , people ask for the implementation experience or else they wanted to know wheather i know PLsql , reports and forms which is completely the work of technical consultant ,so now i wanted to know what else should i do to get into the functional side ?
