Need help for selectin institute for IAS coaching

Could anyone please tell whether RAU'S or VAJI RAU's is a better institute for IAS coaching?
my sister wants to appear for d exam.
Right now she is doing law from Amity Law School.
Any further suggestions for the exam are welcome.
Subjects:
1.Law
2.Public Administration

I think it is better if you write the subjects you are opting for pre and mains. [heard different coaching centers are good in some particular subjects]. Some of my friends had joined one coaching centre for preliminary exam, and some other centre for the preparation of mains' optional subjects and GS. Also ( i heard) it depends on the how much time do you have (when you are attempting for CS), your background in education and your current job (!).

I doubt if you can get all the necessary information from this portal [as it is difficult to find a person with a profile similar to you and who has attempted cs and who is willing to guide you). Nevertheless, do mention your 'subjects' and any other relevant information. Mu suggestion is: Try to talk as many people (relevant people) to make a informed choice.

1) You must use "search thread" facility available on top of forum box so as to avoid reinventing the wheel and getting up to date guidance on the topic as so many smart persons replied earlier may not be available. It is the use of creating a knowledge bank by Jatland.
2) Vajiram and Ravi is good for GS(Eng Medium) and NIAS is good for public Administration. ALS has also performed well in past.
3) performance of Institutions for IAS coaching vary with time so what is hot can be known by joining GS coaching first and then remaining latest info you will get there. Please don't wait for all info, join first.

Exact up to the point. if you want First join Vajiram for GS then you will come in contact with others people you will be able to know all things further.
