need help

i want to ask something about studying in usa. my brother have done b.com and m.com from india. he has also done m.b.a from distance learning from pune.Now he wants to continue his study in usa. In which stream he should go as he is very good in accounts .Can he does cpa from usa. i mean to ask is there any good hope for him?
