Need to Change Existing Pay/salary Structure to ensure fair distribution of wealth

In India issue is not the investment in heavy industry , issue is with wealth distribution, see in same company a driver gets salary of Rs.8000/- and the VP of that company get Rs.800,000 Pm . I do not think this kind of gap is there in USA & Europe. We need to improve bottom level salary if we really want India to progress.

I have raised this question too many time. INC AND BJP got Huge donation from Industries and allow them to work in cash/under the table. Pay scale system is busted.

Off topic ......Coz of VP .....business sustains .....ek pathetic process ka HC bhi atleast around 300 hota hai . Every decision of VP .....decides the future prospects of process and future employment of those 300 employees their families - dependents . Trust every designation has its own accountability and that is the only ground of their CTC . Ek VP ka CV khatam if in his tenure process does not meet target .
If 0.00001 % margin mei bhi revenue doobta hai ......toh sabse pehle VP ....ki ........just fyi

I personally feel every work have same value, Samaj main vp vp hoge to wo bhuke mar jayege. Samaj hi tab banta hai jab usmain her kaam karne walo ko . So respect every work and worker. value is same.

Be practical ......Compensation can never be same ......I used to have same ideology like urs when I was in school ....but with time and experience ....views changed .
Very common quote we - Always Compare Apples to Apples not Apples to Oranges ........though both are classified as fruits .
When it comes to compensation compare VP from X org to VP from Y org ( with conditions applies )......that would give better conclusion who gets paid more

Are you sure they get same salary in these countries ? Let me give you some idea about USA;
1. mason 10-17 $/ hour
3. Nurse: $ 30-35/ hr

4. CEO of MNC: $300-3000 / hr + many benefits for self and family.

In other countries Drivers live a normal life but in India they live very bad life and no respect.
In India for even a simple Manager it is very easy to hire a driver and maid . Can a soft professional hire a driver and maid in USA so easily ?
