You are requested to give your comments on New Acquisition Policy in Haryana announced by CM on 1st November 2010.

mahaaraa koment to yo s ak jo bhi market rate s wo denaa chaahiye ,er market rate dewan khaatar har 12 minhey me ek review honaa chaahiye rate kaa.acquisition to vikaas kaa partik he binaa jameen adhigaran kare vikaas ni ho skdaa. jayaan tein adhigarahn kaa virodh ni honaa chaahiye ,par mere khayaal se ,haryana ki muaawjaa dene ki skeem bhaarat bhar me sab se achhi s.par samyaanusaar iss me badlaaw hotey rahanaa chaahiye.

sabse pehli baat to ---Acquisition of land should be minimized , the major chunk of the land acquired by Haryana government recently has been allotted to business families to establish new ventures(some for private owned educational societies) ; which should not be the case . Aap gareeb kisano ki jameen leke uspe lala logo ke karkhane khulwa rahe hian ye thoda galat hai… ppl will say ke iske bina industrial growth kaise hoga .. true.. but we should think of some other solution ( may be shifting these industries to low fertile belts of state and acquiring lands there if at all required).

Rahi paise ki baat .. mere 1 baniye ki kahi hoyi baat yad aajya hai “ jat uuch hain ar ham neech … pisa paani hai … uucch pe kitna e fenk lo… ghum fir ke aana neech me e hai .. “
To bhai chahe 1 kile ke crore mil jawen…. Jat ka asset jameen howe hai … jameen nahi to jat nahi
 
Well said Deepak.

With increasing population we have more and more people to feed. If the acquisition continues like this, then Haryana will only be "haryana" for the name sake. The haryali will be gone and more and more people would be forced to eat the poisonous ,chemically seeded food.

Also, currently, the urban is getting more urbanized leaving the rural further down. Restrictions should be placed around the already urbanized places on further acquisition of land and the rural development encouraged with the participation and active involvement of the rural folks.
 
Why can't they give current market if they have to take the the land??

n well said deepak bhai, mhare dhore siwani ki bani hai udde kim bana lo chahe kisse nai koi dikkat koni.
 
If they give market rates, how will lalaz like Ambani will get a profitable deal? And if Ambaniz will not get a good deal... how will they "gift" crores of rupees to CM saab under the table?..... simple economics bhai !!!

wahi to bhai .. thode din pehla chupal me ek bhai kahwe tha aade e JL pe...
ak 23 lakh me rai - kundli me kille leke .... educational societies ko de diye( ghane ghane acre ke plot).. per acre unse mota commision le liya sarkar ne (under table ) ... nuwe howe hai ar... jameen kise ki .. ameer koi ban gya ..
sarkar ek aise machinary hai jo lala logo ko jameen muahiaya karwa rahi hai ... bhai koi sarkari sanstha bane.. school college .. IIM IIT bane... sadak bane ya kime stadium bane.. ar tab jameen aquire howe to samajh me aata hai ....
par kise ke killa ke feeta mar ke ude lala ka hotel/industry/university bane ya kise ke babu ki moorti lage 20 killa me... ya galat bat hai saaf saaf

sahi baat s deepak ,jameen jis kaam khaatar li jaa ussey kaam khaatar bartni chaahiye naa to waapas kar deni chaahiye.er ye jo badhiyaa kheti aali jameen bhi kewal majboori me hi leni chaahiye ,jit kheti koni hondi ,lokaan dhore rojgaar koni udey koni ye jameen lende er factory laandey.asal me yo ek shadyanter s,kisano ko berojgaar aur bhoomi heen kar ke majdoor tayyar karan kaa.
 
Us moorti pe to KABJAA kar liya thaa ek Dhaanki ne :) .....

Khedi saadh aala byepass bhi 90 degree ke angle pe banaaya s uss moorti ki visibility badhaawan khatir.....Dilli tein aawaniye ne seedhi takkar mein deekhegi........ Highway 90 degree pe mudta pehli baar dekhya :)

Baaki iss 20 killyan mein moorti lagawan ke uplakshya mein koye naya haryanvi "pop-music" album nahi aaya ke market mein ? :rock

Rey bhai Jhajjar me kime hove hai Reliance ka, ude court ne faansi tod di reliance aalya ke ;)
Jagah to ude bhi upjaau e bechi thi sarkar ne, par kime bhala ho jya hai jhajjar ka SEZ bane pachhe. 2-4 company si or fatak jyave hai is bahaane.
Rewari, mahendargarh me kyu nahi karte ye adhigrahan? Pise thode baande aave se ke us jagah ke?;)

Er Leele, 40 crore ki jagah se wa khedi saadh aali, bakwaada me paa na teke!! :rock
 
Bhai,Land acquition act. sec.6(1) & 11 me recent market survey ke hisab se hi notice/rate nikalte hai collector.

But log bhi bhot samadari kare hai . jab notice issue ho jata hai us ke baad me artificially rate bade ke jada paise mange hai.which will be difficult to honour by authority or developer.

Haryanya Land acquisition policy will be trend setter and hopefully would be followed thru out india subject to janta cooperation.

key higlights of this policy is Annuity Scheme of payment & some employment ensurance which is much better than a policy with one time lump sum payment.
