Dear Members,

The next biannual meeting of North American Jat Charity (NAJC) will be held on 3rd December 2006 at Crown of India Restuarant in Plainsboro, NJ. The meeting will commence around 11 Am and will be followed by lunch.

I would request all Jats in the NE America to attend it whether or not they are members of this organization. The cost of lunch is $ 25.00 per person.
People coming for the first time can also become members of the Charity. You can support an organization of your choice through the funds given to this charity. It helps you support the charity of your choice along with the tax exempt advantage of the donations. So, please come and join us in this noble cause to help the community.

Please confirm your attendance since catering arrangements needs to be made.

Dear Mr. Chaudhary,

The drive from Toronto is going to be a little over 8 hours.

The NAJC meeting will commence around 11 AM and will last till 2:30 to 3:00 PM depending upon discussions.

We will look forward to your participation. If you need any help kindly do let me know.
 
To my regret

Due to work pressure, I will not be able to attend this meeting. I am likley to leave leave for a short trip to Delhi, next week, for about two weeks.

I will post contact numbers- On this visit, I should more time available

Dear sir
We are the group of professionals who would like to give sometime and resource to social work.It involves people from IIT's(technical background),IIM(management)and others at respectable post in corporate world.The system is transparent and dedicated to the help of needy poor, medium class and financial backward childern by education means.Our aim is to help the childern to reach the level they deserve.Whats wrong if our single step lead to change in the life of 1000+ childern ?
Distributing money cann't lead to the developement but if we guide the children from 1st class and for the following yrs, it will help them alot and most of them will attain their goal.
This is not the case that villeges don't have intelligent students but they lag behind because of improper guidance. We would like to be the source of guidance for them.We are not saying that there are not good schools but mostly their fee structure is so much that even a normal person cannot afford it.Our aim is to start with 1 and increase the count as time passes.
We are eager to give a kick start to this work in 2008 near charkhi dadari in haryana. We appriciate this work because some of us are also the vitim of improper guidance, inadequate finance and other dependent factors. some of or brilliant friend dropped out because of same reasons. But now time has arrived and we are in somewhat stable position to give a big hand to this work.
So for this purpose we would like include some charity organigation which can play a very perfect role.
Please, would you like to put some light over the matter.
