PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP provides a rich set of interfaces that enable the integration of thirdparty software with SAP solutions and its SAP NetWeaver platform. In order to support seamless integration and to ensure high quality and
customer satisfaction, SAP established an integration certification program back in 1996. Through this program, independent software vendors and SAP partners who have built or plan to build integration
with SAP solutions can work with one of the SAP Integration and Certification Centers (ICCs) to:
• Find the most suitable integration scenario for their product.
• Get access to SAP test systems.
• Have their interface software tested and certified by SAP.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND
COMPETENCIES
BA/ BSc / BCom / BBA or equivalent qualification required
Mandatory Skills
Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent basic business skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Must have an analytical/ logical approach to work
Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail
Desired Skills:
Good logical and analytical skills
Must work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Knowledge of SAP CRM system
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Handle operational activities related to ICC Services
Explain various ICC services and scenarios to vendors/partners based on their requirements and respond to specific vendor questions
Be responsible for partner mail correspondence
Provide support to ICC teams located in other regions in their initiatives
Work with people and companies from various cultures, countries and background
Creating and maintaining business partners in SAP CRM
