Position Details :
Position : Production Assembly
Location : Manesar (Haryana).
Job Type : Permanent
Industry : Automobile
Experience : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Production/Automobile (Regular) with min 2.5 - 12 Years of experience
Job Description :
1) Shopfloor experience of modern assembly line operations in an unionised environment. Basic knowledge of handling human resources.
2) Experience of working in automobile industry or auto ancilliary industry. Experience of 4 wheeler assembly line would be given preference.
3) Knowledge of modern techniques of defect control.
4) Basic knowledge of shopfloor techniques like 5S, 3G etc. would be prefered.
5) Awareness about ISO / TS systems would be an added advantage.
6) Ability to Handle Production Assembly
7) Process and material dealing as per running modal on conveyor shift wise
8) Knowlege of Breakdown Analysis
9)Developing and Improving process on the shop floor
9)Experience on transmission assembly
10)Handling problem against any loss
