Is This MNC is an American Company or Western European Company? The reason I am asking is, American Companies in particular are driven by their experiences in their home country where they hire Former Military Officers--ranked Lt. Col or higher for executive position because they have such deep experience in operation, logistics, administration etc and most importantly they are disciplined and punctual, know how to meet deadlines.
