Linux and Networking Professional
Skilled senior candidates with experience in Linux device driver development, networking protocols, networking software applications for system stress & board bring-up. This will be senior technical position. The position involves developing Linux based stress scenarios for lab validation of QorIQ™ Communications Platforms (http://www.freescale.com/multicore). It also involves developing new methodologies like random C/C++ stimulus that can be used to generate stress scenarios over Linux. Experience with bring-up of networking products and Lab validation equipment will be useful.

Functional Validation Engineers
Candidates required for SoC Bringup and Validation in the Networking group of Freescale. Position involves working at the boundary of Hardware, Software and Silicon. Requires debugging complex SoC's with shared bus architecture in the Board and Post-Silicon environment. Prior experience with Networking protocols like Ethernet, USB, PCIe desirable. Requires experience in low level software debugging on embedded processors, hardware debugging using Logic Analyzers and Oscilloscopes etc. Experience in customer issue debug investigations will be added advantage. Analog design or test experience desirable.

Candidates required for SoC Electrical Validation in the Networking group of Freescale. Position involves working at the boundary of Hardware, Software and Silicon. Requires debugging complex SoC's with shared bus architecture. Requires experience in low level software debugging on embedded processors, hardware debugging using Logic Analyzers and Oscilloscopes. Knowledge of IC Fab and final manufacturing desirable. Good understanding of device physics and impact of various Fab and environmental parameters on circuit behaviour required. Experience in customer issue debug investigation and support is added advantage. Analog design or test experience desirable. Prior experience with Networking protocols like Ethernet, USB, PCIe desirable.
