Problem Management – Data Networks

• Cisco resources (CCNA, CCNP, CISA, CISSP level skills / certified)
• L2/L3, hands-on troubleshooting skills on Cisco products and networks – switches, routers, PIX firewalls etc
• Technologies: ATM Frame relay, MPLS, IPLC etc.
• Ability to understand the customer’s n/w topology in detail.
• Ability to interact with technical team and customer to arrive at a resolution
• Troubleshooting skills and performing RCA is a must
• Hands on Expedio/SMARTS preferred
• Experience : 4 to 8 years
• Worked in support environment and flexible for 24x7

• Hands-on troubleshooting skills (L2/L3) on EPABXs, PABXs, and other associated products such as voice loggers, dialers etc
• The products to be supported are Nortel Meridians, Avaya PABXs and some Cisco IPT
• Ability to understand the customer’s voice topology in detail.
• Ability to interact with technical team and customer to arrive at a resolution
• Troubleshooting skills and performing RCA is a must
• Experience in migration of TDM to VOIP technology
• Hands on Expedio/SMARTS preferred
• Experience on Voice loggers, recorders, Nice, Verint
• Experience : 4 to 8 years
• Worked in support environment and flexible for 24x7

Change Management – Data Networks

• Cisco resources (CCNA level skills / certified)
• L1 and L2 hands-on troubleshooting skills on Cisco products and networks – switches, routers, PIX firewalls etc
• Hands on Expedio/SMARTS preferred
• Someone with security experience in addition to pure data networks will be preferred
• Experience 4 to 8 years
• Worked in support environment and flexible for 24x7

Change Management – Voice Networks

• Hands-on troubleshooting skills (L1 and L2) on EPABXs, PABXs, and other associated products such as voice loggers, dialers etc
• The products to be supported are Nortel Meridians, Avaya, PABXs and some Cisco IPT
• Technical Support on Voice loggers, recorders, Nice, Verint
• Hands on Expedio/SMARTS preferred
• A typical voice support resource supporting a BPO / Call Centre enterprise kind of environment
• Experience 4 to 8 years
• Worked in support environment and flexible for 24x7

Capacity Management – Data/Voice

• Worked on HP OV PI, e-Health, Erlang B
• CCNA preferred and ITIL v3 framework-foundation
• Expertise in data collation and presentation. Database query skills Good communication skills to interact with client and internal team members. Good analytical ability to apprehend the data and do the co relation and assist in RCA.
• Monitor and manage the capacity and performance alerts and alarms
• Receive and record the complaint/Changes in ticketing tool
• Experience : 4 to 8 years
• Worked in support environment and flexible for 24x7

Telecom Protocol Testing

• Experience in working in NOC environment
• Knowledge of protocols like STP,SIP, AIN, NGIN, SS7 etc
• Experience with telecom equipments like switches, access devices, transport devices
• experience with IP domain (VoIP will be an added advantage)
• experience with VoIP services (LNP, pre-paid)
• Telecom software testing candidates can also fill these openings in-case they have worked with telecom protocols and telecom services.
