If you have anyone in mind, now is the time to send the resumes
The most urgent right now is to hire a couple of people for the IOT team. Here are brief requirements:
1. Good knowledge of Black Box testing
2. Expertise in taking and analyzing logs 3. Ability to understand protocol stacks. Familiarity with at least one protocol stack is a must.
4. Knowledge of C not required. Good if the person knows some scripting language.
5. Knowledge of handling test equipment, Logic Analyzer etc 6.


2-5 yrs experience.

* Complete understanding on Physical Design implementation flow (Preferably with SOC Encounter)

* Good knowledge on timing closure concepts and Static Timing Analysis

* Experience on Floor Planning, Place and Route, CTS

*Good knowledge on Optimization (Timing closure flow) and SI Closure flow

* Should be good in scripting and Automation (TCL/PERL)

Senior Design Engineer – Physical Design
Position Description
- Responsible for the completion of the physical design, physical verification, timing analysis, power analysis, and noise analysis.
- Strong background in deep sub-micron techniques and CAD tool issues is required.
- A proven track record of at least 5 tape outs and state of the art hands-on experience is essential.
- Candidates should have strong skills in scripting
Skills Required
- Experience with place and route tool Cadence SOC Encounter.
- Knowledge of Synopsys Astro/ICC is a big plus
- Experience with PrimeTime, Formality, DFT, Calibre, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Scripting with TCL/Perl/C-shell/Make
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
