Level 2
Possess good level of knowledge and hands-on experience of resolving issues.Analyze the health report and recommend corrective actions and identify area and methods of automating the monitoring process.Experienced in planning, installing and configuration system independently. Analyze and guide for better configuration.Experienced in planning and upgrading system independently.Proficiency in tools used for system administration and hands-on experience on advanced features.User and Security Management. Managing Resources and User privileges. Implementing security policies.Thorough knowledge of Logical and Physical structure of the system. Hands on experience of System refresh.Thorough knowledge of Backup & Recovery concepts. Experience in usage of various Backup and Recovery utilities, under various scenarios. Implementation of backup and recovery strategy.Design and implement system performance monitoring and reporting tools. Diagnosing and implementing resolution to performance issues.Active participation in any Quality Standard compliance for team / organization.Good knowledge of RDBMS concepts & Operating systems. In-depth understanding of SAP architecture, and Oracle & MS-SQL database. 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience
Level 3
Having good experience in handling critical issues and ability to guide the team in problem resolving the providing optimal solutions.Review the health check reports and corrective action taken and guide the team for long term system stability.Experienced in designing /architecture and guiding the team in installations. Provide expert opinion in designing new strategies.Experienced in designing, planning and guiding the team in Upgrade. Provide expert opinion to the team.In-depth knowledge of system architecture and high proficiency on administrative tools.Abilty to guide the team in automating system administration.Strong knowledge and experience in User Management and Security policies. Privilege and Resource Management. Establishing and Managing Security policies & ensuring its implementation.Experienced and Proficient enough to resolve any System refresh issues and be able to automate the system refresh tasks. Design and Implementation of backup and recovery strategy. Must have done the Disaster Recovery testing of the databases.Provide expert level opinion and solution for sustained optimal system performance.Participation as Auditor / Auditee or Coordinator in achieving Industry Standard. Expert in solution architecting on SAP, Oracle and MS-SQL. More than 4 years of hands-on experience in design and implementation in the respective field.
