Graduates / Post Graduates (B.E. / B.Tech., M.E. /M.Tech. / MCA/ MBA) from reputed universities with experience ranging between 1 to 6 years.
JAVA DEVELOPERS
Strong coding, debugging and testing skills in Java. with a minimum of 2
years of experience in one or more of the following: Java Beans,
Javascript, XML, EJB, JSP/Servelets. Should have exposure to SQL, PL/SQL
and JDBC.
FORMS/ PL SQL DEVELOPERS
Strong coding, debugging and testing skills in Oracle Forms 4.5/5.0/6.0,
SQL, PL/SQL and Pro*C. Exposure to applications development in at least
one of the following domain areas: Financials, Manufacturing, Supply
Chain, Process Manufacturing or Human Resources.
ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATORS
Experience in Database Administration of customer production environments, exposure to Database/Application performance tuning, working exposure in UNIX environment, and experience with Perl scripting.
TECHNICAL WRITERS
Technical writing experience for a software product including end-user
documentation. Demonstrated proficiency with documentation related tools
such as Acrobat, Framemaker and Microsoft Office products. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex
technical concepts concisely and effectively .
FUNCTIONAL EXPERTS- MANUFACTURING
Strong functional experience in Process Manufacturing, Manufacturing and
Supply chain domain.End user/ Testing/Implementation/ working knowledge
of Oracle Applications. Expereince of any ERP (SAP, Baan,
Marshall,peoplesoft) is also acceptable
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT- MANUFACTURING
Strong background in general manufacturing processes and procedures.
Excellent functional expertise in Flow Manufacturing, Shop floor Management, Kanban replenishment, continuous improvement programs along with extended supply chain activities like purchasing,planning, order management and Outsourced Manufacturing.
Should have worked in defining strategy and requirements for new product release by interacting with existing customers and competitive feature matrix. along with prior experience in preparation and review of business requirement documents /high-level designs for the new product features.
Ability to Communicate effectively in a technical environment, Product demos and in trainings.
Knowledge of Implementation/Consulting/Support of ERP, software Product development Life Cycle and understanding on relational databases is desirable.
Professional certifications ( APICS ) and knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing Applications or any ERP suite is a plus.
