Oh God, This is too much

Today I read news in Rajasthan Patrika with heading "Bijali Par Bhi Gairo ka Kabja". Firstly I surprised but when I read entire news then I deeply shocked with the heading. In this news it was written that neighbored states Haryana and Punjab not only stopped Rajasthan part's water but also stopped 674 electricity produced by this water. You can visit this link.

Although there is nothing wrong to print such news the heading of this news is completely improper. Who is gair and who is Apna, is Haryana and Punjab belong to Pakisant and Bangladesh? Are not they part of India?
And Yesterday in Danik Bhaskar there was news with heading “Hak Hamara Kabja Unka.” Regarding to ill- legal procedure of admission in some engineering colleges. This news raised an issue that some engineering colleges are giving admission to outer state’s students, on some seats which are reserved, for Rajasthan’s students. Do you think this heading is proper to present this news? Cannot be any heading for such type of news. I really shocked with the heading of both the newspapers. Such type of heading may have a bad effect on the mind of public as almost public of Rajasthan read both these newspapers. I am thinking from last few years that media is not doing justice with its job and responsibility toward society and country.
I have sent my objection to the editor. I am requesting to all the member plz send your objection on the heading of news. here is the email address:-
