Anil Ji, if at that time Indira Gandhi and Bansilal refrained from adopting those measures, we would not have been talking about the population problem at this stage...... it is the fear of uncertainty that leads to population explosion. It happened in America after 9/11, the birth rate suddenly increased.....

Now only a faction of society born more then two otherwise now a days what i think we are controlling population itself.Its a natural process to put hindrance against excess.First of all everybody is concerned about his future and educated class is already getting married late which results in either no kids or one or two.Earlier we heard of a minimum of three or four but today hardly we heard of third child even in our society, neighbourhood and relationships.Secondly even baby birth capacity of both partners are also reduced due to food habits, pollution and abonomial working pattern.With pace of time things willl naturally be normal.

It is something known as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), is a form of anxiety which comes on after a stressful or frightening event. It is one of the few psychological disorders with a clear point of origin. Symptoms reflect an over-aroused autonomic nervous system. Sufferers have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep; they are keyed up and their startle response is heightened.
The remedy that psychologist advice is to help sufferer with tenderness and intimacy (including sex)...... Hence....

Does psychologist advise them not to use Condom or safety?

Equilibrium has to be reached

Hi Nitin,
I also think about what you said in your title quite a bit. Sooner or later, equilibrium has to be reached. Excess can only be tolerated for so long!

One other aspect to ponder about: I think that overpopulation will cause spread of disease much more quickly than ever before. As we develop immunity or vaccines against certain microorganisms, they also develop new ways of infecting us. It's a matter of time that some super virus spreads like wild fire decimating the overall population.

Personally I think that the best solution is education. It is mostly illiterate/poor people who have more children, either due to ignorance or for the desire of having more earning members with least responsibilities. If an educated woman is working then she would herself would not like to have many kids and even if she is not working then also she would refrain herself from having more children because of awareness. It is not just about women, it applies to men also - an educated man would endeavor to provide best education and opportunities to his children and he can do so by not increasing the load and responsibilities which is directly related to many children. Also educated people usually refrain from marrying too soon, till the time they feel that they are settled. Lastly education helps to develop counciousness and awareness and it can be hoped that large families would not be preferred.

India mein overpopulation ka main kaaran RAILWAYS bhi hai....... raat ko jo trains chalti hain .... track ke aas paas ke gaon k logon ko jaga deti hain ....... :D :D :D !!!!
 
over papulation

over papulation is also a big problem in the infrasturcture development, and to overcome this problem the one and only solution is educatin and awarness amoung the lower strata, you will find many children only in the poor families b'coz they never think abt future of those children. We need to educate these peoples and to warns them abt consequences. The over population is sole problem. Even if our govt implement some policy or project, then implement only to see foreseability for 20 or 10 year but due to over population, it lost its result with in 2 or 3 years.

What's going on here...condom-sandom...f**k-s**k...!!;) Seeing all this everywhere on this site. At times, Sincere Members would complain that some toddlers are also part of this site and we guys should refrain ourselves from using vulgar (desi) words. I remember there was a longlasting uproar on the use of word c**tia.:D where the dignity of the forum is heading now?.. or only english slangs are allowed here..:p
 
Over population problem

The real cause of not formulating effective population control policy is the so called policy of secularism. The Govt. is afraid that if any birth control policy is framed it will be opposed by a particular religion who feel that a child is God's gift and man should not interfere by controlling birth. The followers of that religion will not be ready to accept the punishment prescribed in their religion in criminal cases but in personal matters any interference will amount to interference in religious matters. Now it is high time that the Govt. should frame a birth control policy which should prescribe that if a couple has more than two children (irrespective of their sex) they will have to pay minimum Rs.20000 to 50000 every year.
