This was probably the reason I advocated for a common thread , I have read this joke a couple of times earlier as well.
New members dont have the patience to go through the previous threads!

Nearly all jokes posted here are copy paste, and that too copy paste of very common jokes 
...... and to add to the irony is the fact that the members post comment writing 'hahahaha' or 'too good' sort of thing one after another. This results in increase in length of all such threads unnecessarily and is just a futile exercise.
In case if anyone wishes to comment anything by adding anything worthwhile then its fine, but just putting a 'hahahahaa' conveys nothing worth reading.
If a single thread for jokes isn't possible then at least there can be imposed a limit for starting just one thread by one person at a time. He or she can keep posting multiple jokes then & there.
For example, our dearest joke-lover Avesh (PS : Its not a perssonel comment
& neither its a personal comment, its a global comment bhai 
) starts a hoard of threads every now & then. Whats the use ? He can start just one thread and keep posting all his jokes there ! And who knows may be that the thread turns sticky some day 
....
