Hi All,

Recently UGC Changed its ordinance for awarding PhDs only to those scholars who do spend 2 years exclusively for the research meaning that working executives can no longer pursue PhD without leaving their current job. As I understand this is right now applicable only in Central Univ.

Would any fellow member help me find a univ which allows working executives to pursue PhD while working.

Just for info, I am based out of Delhi.

Thanks,

Vishesh
