Philipines overtakes India as hub of call centres!

large "American" English Speaking populations and follower of Christianity Who are Eager to work on low labour costs.

"American" English Speaking -Good for Ascent.
follower of Christianity - Aware of american customs too.
low labour costs-Better for their American businessman

But they cant fullfill that much of ManPower as indian could, so in long term indian is going to Win this outsourcing business again.

Krishan you are right about the job, but we are a huge population. So everybody can't just make a choice like well off people do. Very few people do it willingly but at the end of the day, they have to work somewhere, and getting jobs in BPOs is comparatively easy. You know the situation better than me, large umemployment is the root cause of such problems.

घणे-ए गरीब घरां के छोरे -छोरी आपणी पढ़ाई का खर्चा काढ लेवें सें भाई ,शिफ्टआँ में काम कर-कर कें ,ना ते उनकी पढ़ाई छूट सके थी अर के वे उलटे कामां में बड़ जाँदे ,किम्मे ना किम्मे ते समाज ऩे फेदा स ,अर घंनिये विदेशी मुद्रा भी आ जावे स आपणे देश में ,फेर के फरक पड़े स उलटे-सुलटे नाम धर कें बोलें तें | अर गेल्याँ इन् गोरयां ऩे बुद्धू बनाणा भी शीख लवें सें |

भाई जो भी से, मेहनत ते कमा के खावे हैं ये ! दुनिया में भारत का नाम हो गया इनकी वजह ते ! इससे रोजगार की बदोलत गुडगाँव आज इतना विकसित हो रा है, न ते 15-16 साल पहला कुत्ता भी ना मूता करता गुडगाँव में कंपनिया के नाम पे ! आर आज घन्खारा गुडगाँव इस्पे चाल रा है , कोए मकान किराए पे दे के , कोए घर में p g राख के, कोए कंपनी की कैब चला के , कोए चा का खोखा ला के !

Saare Call centre marketing ke nahi honde. Kuch outbound howai sai to kuch inbound. Koye call centre banking services ka ho sai tai koye I.T support ka ya koye tourism travel industry ka. Ih ka matlab yu na sai ke koye ho gaal bakk de sai. IT mai support ho sai tai sidhi call banglore mai jaake milai sai. Knowledge honi chahiye jibb support dewai sai.. nyu na sai ke english aagi arr support de diya..arr is kaam tai bahut ghana tax milai sai gormant nai!! JO development mai kaam aa sakai sai jai humarle neta kimme bhora choddain to.

I know couple of people who have worked in call centres, they give up this jobs within short period of time for whatever reasons. None of them sounded happy and satisfied with this job. My sample size is very small in this regard
