I need some sincere help here, actually I am looking for 2 BHK flat in or around gurgaon coz 4 years down the line I am planning to settle in India.
What do you recon, shall i invest now or wait for some more time. Your advice will be very much vital in this decision.

Bhai Sandeep the earlier you do, is better for you.
Not only in Gurgaon but even in small towns in India the price of property is going high by day and night. Wll you imagine that in a small town like Ganaur the starting price of 2BHK flate is 17 lacs+ plc, parking,etc etc.

and better you contact some one from Jatland who is staying at Gurgaon.
He can give you the right picture.

sandeep bhai sooner the better. this is the right time. Now there is stagnation in the market owing to hike in interst rate of housing loan. So dont wait. go ahead. best of luck

That's the problem Krishan, I dont have any idea about gurgaon properties and unfortunately don't have anyone right now. Jatlander friends dont bother in all these, obvious reason is its not entertaining. Anyway trying to get some acquaintance there..Anyway thanks for your advice
