Dear all
I have done B.Tech in ece, what should i do now? Should i pursue M.Tech in nanotechnology? If yes, from which university? Or any other course....

You want to go technical or managerial? If you are technology prone and want to learn better, then try for MTech from a prestigious institute like IIT or MS from BITS Pilani. Other institutes will not be helping much in evolving your thought process.

There are many options, choose the one which you think would be best for you.
1) M.Tech/MS and parallely prepare for GATE and other PSUs.
2) MBA from a prestigious institute
3) Job in Core electronics.
4) Job is IT
5) Graduate level govt exams SSC, UPSC exams
etc etc
