Police firing over jats in Hisar ,demanding reservation

भाई विवेक ये हुयी न बात...... यह ब्यान उसी दिन साफ़ साफ़ आना चाहिए था ... प्रोफ वीरेंदर और यशपाल मालिक की मीटिंग के बाद जो ब्यान दिए गए ..... हूडा साब की प्रेस कांफरेन्स ...सब ने लोगों को भ्रमित कर दिया की समझौता हो गया......... लेकिन चलो.... अभी भी जो साफ़ साफ़ बात दिया ....अफवाहें आन्दोलन को कमजोर बनाती हैं सो बहुत ही ध्यानपूर्वक हो कर सूचित करना चाहिए...


रही बात सम्पूरण सिंह और ओमप्रकाश मान की...... यह दोनों तो अखबारी नेता हैं...... छुटभैये किस्म के....कोए घणा ब्योंत नहीं...... दस आदमी एकठे ना कर सकते........ ऐसे लोगों को आरक्षण समिति के नजदीक नहीं लगने देना चाहिए .... ऐसे लोग अपने तुच्छ से फायदे के लिए पूरी कौम के साथ खिलवाड़ कर सकते हैं....... सम्पूर्ण तो हूडा साब का बड़े वाला "कडछा" है........पुराने टाइम से.......... में बहुत अच्छी ढाल जानू सु इस ने .........

उन्होंने कहा कि संघर्ष समिति द्वारा पहले से ही शातिपूर्वक तरीके से जाट आरक्षण आदोलन शुरू किया गया था, परतु मय्यड़ गाव में पुलिस कप्तान के हठधर्मिता रवैये के कारण जाट युवक सुनील कुमार शहीद हुआ। इसी बात से नाराज होकर समाज के लोगों का गुस्सा फुट पड़ा था। इसके बाद प्रदेश सरकार से संघर्ष समिति के प्रतिनिधिमंडल की जो बातचीत हुई, उसमें मय्यड़ गोलीकाड ही मुख्य मुद्दा था, जिसकी सभी मागों को प्रदेश सरकार ने मान लिया। इसके बाद संघर्ष समिति द्वारा प्रदर्शन वापिस ले लिया गया और केंद्र सरकार से आरक्षण का मुद्दा जारी रखने का फैसला लिया गया। उन्होंने बताया कि कौम के लिए शहीद हुए लाडवा के सुनील कुमार की शहीद जाट अस्थि कलश यात्रा कल 17 सितम्बर से गाव लाडवा से शुरू होगी और विभिन्न स्थानों से होती हुई गढ़गंगा पहुच शहीद की अस्थियों को विसर्जित करेगी। एक प्रश्रन् के उत्तर पर उन्होंने कहा कि मय्यड़ गोलीकाड के दौरान कुछ लोग राजनैतिक रोटिया सेंक कर सरकार के साथ समझौता करवाने तथा संघर्ष समिति के नेताओं के खिलाफ जनता को भ्रमित करने का प्रयास कर रहे है। ऐसे तत्वों की असलियत धीरे-धीरे सामने आ जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा में प्रवेश करने पर कामनवेल्थ क्वीन बैटन का 26 सितम्बर से लेकर 2 अक्तूबर तक काले झंडे दिखाकर विरोध किया जाएगा। इसके बावजूद भी जाट समाज को केंद्र सरकार ने ओबीसी का आरक्षण नहीं दिया तो 3 अक्तूबर को दिल्ली को चारों ओर से घेरकर सील कर दिया जाएगा। इस दौरान बिजली, पानी व दूध की सप्लाई पूरी तरह से रोक दी जाएगी। संघर्ष समिति के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष यशपाल मलिक की गाड़ी जलाए जाने के सवाल पर उन्होंने कहा कि इस मामले में कुछ स्वार्थी व असामाजिक तत्वों का हाथ है, जो कि राजनेताओं के हाथों में खेल रहे है। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे लोग बड़े घरों से संबंध रखते है और उनको आरक्षण की जरुरत नहीं तथा गरीब जाट को आरक्षण दिलवाना नहीं चाहते। सागवान ने मीडिया में आई उन चर्चाओं के बारे में स्पष्ट किया कि जिन में समझौते के दौरान संघर्ष समिति से अन्य लोगों के शामिल होने की बात कही जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि अब कुछ लोग उंगली कटवाकर शहीद होने का प्रयास कर रहे है। लेकिन ऐसे लोगों की साजिश को किसी भी कीमत पर जाट आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति कामयाब नहीं होने देगी।

Ab Jat sabah maharelli karne ja rahi hai 30 Sept 2010 ko oor kah rahi hai ki ham comman wealth ka samarthan oor aadar karenge.Ye kiya hai. Mera to yoo vichar hai ki pure bharat ke jatoon ko ek hokar kender ki list main reservation ke liye pura joor laaga dena chahiye. Sirf Hissar oor bhiwani main aakele sanghars se kuchh nahin hoone wala oor puri taakat ke sath comman wealth ka virodh karana chahiye. Kiyonki yeh kaha ja chuka hai ki ham comman wealth nahi hone denge oor yadi kahne ke baad virodh nahi kiya jata to jatoon ko kamjoor samajh ke aarakshan nahi diya jayga oor fir sayad kai dasak tak fir iska intjaar hooga.

Incident at Hissar.

The All India Jat Aarakshan Sangarsh Samiti, (society for reservation for Jats) in their pursuit of Reservation announced a rally to be held outside the city of Hissar in Haryana at Mayyar near the town of Hansi.

A group of ladies and gentlemen approached the local Superintendent of Police (SP) Mr. Subash Yadav for permission to hold the rally. He refused permission. The committee approached the local District Commissioner (DC) Yudhvir Khyalia for permission, and the SP was asked to give permission which he did.

The atmosphere was a little vitiated as the SP Mr. Yadav was rude and taunting in his approach while dealing with the representatives who came to see him.

The next day the rally started and speeches were being held, Instead of the expected audience of 5,000 people, over 10,000 were present. Some accounts of numbers present go as high as 15,000.

In the early part of the program, approximately at noon, the local District Commissioner Yudhvir Khyalia gave a speech. He asked the people to hold a peaceful and then disperse. There should not be acts taken that could vitiate they atmosphere and create unwanted acts by the people present or the administration.

He then left.

About 15 minutes later it was noted the SP Yadav was entering the crown with his personal bodyguard, and taunting the people, including the women present, threatening them, ordering them to close the assembly and go home.

He ordered his police contingent present to fire tear gas. This was unprovoked. The tear gas shells were a complete surprise and shocked the organizers and the assembly. They landed on the stage.

Seeing that had no effect. He came closer to the assembly, and order the police to advance with the Lathis (batons/wooden sticks) threatening a Lathi charge. This was to intimidate the assembly.

Some people, seeing this advance of the police, came back to edge of the assembly.

Superintendent Yadav came up to the people, spoke words the effect” I will show you.’ He then pulled out his service revolver and fired at a young man Sunil Lamba ( age 22) at point blank range.

Sunil fell to the ground, hurt in his chests. He tried to rise up, and said to Superintendent Yadav “You have shot me with only one bullet. I have not died. If you dare shoot me with another bullet” and collapsed.

The people were shocked and advanced towards Superintendent Yadav. Yadav seeing this ran back towards the police line. His personal bodyguard fired using his sub machinegun and then also ran back into the police line. Many in the assembly were injured (approx 25). . One or two died.

He also ran back towards the police line. They both ran through the police lines, jumped into their police vehicle and ran away form the scene, lave the police contingent leaderless.

The assembly of people, seeing this unwarranted shooting, became agitated and ran towards the police, bare handed chasing the Superintendent Yadav and his bodyguard.

The rest of the police also started to turn tail run back

The assembly lost control of themselves. Some found some bricks and threw them at the police. Some policemen were caught. They were however saved from further harm.

The peaceful assembly had now lost control over themselves. Violent incidents occurred and pubic property was damaged.


Some relevant questions are there:

1) Why was the Superintendent of Police Yadav, taunting the assembly, including the women?

2) Why did his order tear gas to fire as soon as the District Commissioner had left, after have given his speech that the police would not intimidate the peaceful assembly?

3) Why did he approach the assembly and taunt the people?

4) Why did he pull and use his service revolver and shoot point blank, at Sunil Solanki.

5) Why did his personal bodyguard use his submachine gun on the unarmed public?

Could others provide more details, pictures, videos?

Subhas Yadav is a very rude bastard!
I have seen him behave in this manner before, during Jat Sansatha Rohtak elections. He was then, a DSP at Rohtak. His body language would show the hatred towards our community. I wouldn't know at this stage, what will be the outcome of this agitation for reservation but would wholeheartedly wish that he shouldn't be reinstated at the post of a SP in future. If it is true that he himself has shot the young jat than he should spend rest of his life in Jail.

Do we know anyone from his village?


Any photos, any videos, and mobile camera photos ?

We should not attack Mr. Yadav, if he is innocent.

Yet if he did shoot to kill,he must take the consequences.

Yadavs are in minority in Haryana and they seem highly jealous of the progress of the Jats. This accused SP's hatred towards the Jats says all. If Yadavs consider themselves equivalent to the Jats then why don't they produce Sushil Kumar like world champions? This SP must be taught a lession if he is truly guilty.

Newspaper reports indicate that Yadavs are apposing Jat Reservation. Where as, economically and socially Jats are no better than Yadav's. Although it would dilute their share but Yadavs have no moral right to oppose Jat reservation.

Ravi ji, preliminary reports show that police firing was unprovoked. Subash Yadav may not be guilty of shooting the young boy himself but is certainly guilty of ordering firing on a peaceful demonstration. Hooda govt should deal with the situation impartially and sternly without falling prey to the Congress tradition of minority appeasement.

He did not order any firing by the police.

The police contingent did not fire their weapons.


He took it upon himself and used his weapon.

ONLY Yadav used his weapon.




Is that correct?

This is not a matter for 'tassasli' for myself.

The photo is evidence, legal evidence.

Media is claiming that the boy will killed due to general firing by police and not by Yadav. Media is also claiming that firing was in response to violence, bus burning by Jats, and not the other way around.

It is also claiming that Yadav was hurt in the violence(unprovoked) bythe jats.


There are already claims that this action of the murder charge, against Yadav is caste based, as revenge for his sic 'upright stand' in Mirchipur.


Next, expect claims ' that if he did fire he acted in self defence'.


The evidence will get muddied.Yadav will go free.

If you wish justice done then please concentrate in getting the facts and the evidence.

I think we should not hold the trial of Yadav here. Let the law take its course.

Here we should be more concerned about how Yadavs are coming together against Jats and politicians like Bishnoi trying to capitalise the situation.
We will be wasting our time, energy and resources on this front now.
Better someone negotiates peace between Jats and Yadavs.
Any possibilities?

Jat Arakshan? It seems a joke. Our karta dharta of jat kaum have baked there selfish motives on kaum's virtues.I will say swaymbhu thekedars of beeradari have sold us like draupadi of mahabhartha. For them only there motive(apn aulu seedha keeya aur chaley) is important.Earlier when our meetings were held ,our president use to come by chartered air carrier (Chopper)on expenses of hard earned amount donated by our biradari.
