POPA BAI KA RAJ, In INDIA IN MY childhood I heard a story of Popa bai ka raj, where every thing was sold at taka sher. A Guru and his desciple once visited this kindom of Popabai, seeing the one Taka rate of every thing, the desciple got tempted and inspite of refusal from his Guru, he stayed at this town. Afeter some time a theft took place in the town, the matter was reported to Popabai, she ordered death panelty for the accuse, accordingly the accuse was taken for execution of punishment but the rop was loose in the neck of the accuse, the matter was again reported to Popabai, she ordered that hang the person whose neck fits properly in the hanging rop, the desciple was hanged. I personally feel that in India there is no Govt, no rule of law, judiciary is doing work of legislative & executive, where all wings of democracy are working at their will.There is no law, no system, no consideration except self gain, no responsibility, no accountability, no shame, no respect for law etc. I feel all political parties are almost same and Popabai will finish the nation one day. Your unbiased views please.

Please do not loose heart and try to contribute your humble bit in improving the system instead of blaming all and sundry.

Kindly spare those honest people on account of whose efforts the country is marching forward in several dimensions. Not such a pathetic situation and chaos; please keep on plugging the loopholes as and where discernible. Only hope sustains a man and same is true with the nation because if the winter comes can spring be far behind!
 
Dr sahab, first of all please accept a big thanks for sparing little time to read my feelings and writing your encouraging views, Brother, I have expressed my assessment of the present situation in the country. I am a jat,a kishan and a jawan who never loose the hope till his last drop of blood, so please donot worry I will keep on doing my bit in a humble way what ever I can, but donot you think that situation of the nation is very dangerous on all fronts, regards

I salute you for your strength of conviction and determination and also do agree with you that there are many problems facing the country that need tackling before the time runs out.
But I do not agree that 'situation of the nation is very dangerous on all fronts' because I believe that there are several sane and courageous persons in the country who are contributing in their own to remedy some of these ills. therefore, we must faith in the belief in the power of these well intentioned people to face the Herculean challenges. indeed they are many before our nation.

i agree with kharab sahab but not completely. at present, situation and also system in india is quite miserable. politicians, bureaucrats, govt. officers, all are in a hurry to collects as much as they can. but recently, i have gone through such reports where a traffic police constable has challaned a DIG for jumping red light. lateron, that DIG has honoured him for his DUTY. As i am a criminal lawyer, i have seen an ASI who refused to his senior to depose falsely before the court in a matter. in Judiciary, i have seen a lady judge who was hearing an argument although she has severe backpain and 103 degree temp. according to her, works comes first. Some officers also maintain their honesty at the stake of their promotion. i have seen a traffic police official standing in heavy rain and managing the traffic. My class teacher who is still having an old scooter and teaching in a school after his retirement. the profitable business of Tuitions never touched him.
i admit that most of us has compromised with the adverse circumstances as we do not want to fightback. problem is not with the govt., law makers, or blood suckers. problem is with us. our EASY LIFE theory is the biggest problem for us. Sab chaiye, Fatafat chaiye. in group discussions, we take no time in preaching moral values, virtues, honesty, character, dedication, value of hard work, patience, etc. but in reality we didn't even try to see these thing within ourselves. Some people thought that they are perfect. some says these things are meant to be preached and hard to comply upon.
in the end, i want to say what i have read once, that "this world will survive as long as the last honest man survives.
 
Friend you have rightly concluded: that "this world will survive as long as the last honest man survives." Let us not be pessimistic and take solace from the fact that despite prevalence of some 'corrupt elements' there is no dearth of upright men in the country.
 
I am in agreement with both you and I also believe that world will survive, but the present situation is not good, I am also feeling strongly that the sun will rise

Very effectively pointed out by you that our country has no law, no definite system of working.
for example, at first the government(or the so called democratic intellects) 'scream out' for a nation free from cast and creed and on the other hand they provide reservations over it. its like destroying something by one hand and supporting it from the other.

First of all the people of this nation should pre-decide what they want. for example

1. they complain that the nation is corrupted and still caste their vote to the same politicians. So on one hand they perform 'anti corruption andolans' and on the other they miss use their vote.

2. They cry about their sanskriti and never ever miss a chance of enjoying the leisure and raunchiness of the western civilization on tv.

Further i have noticed, that it is ok to sing romantic songs and watch a romantic movie with your family and elder ones(i have even seen families rushing for the first day show of that vidya balan's dirty picture). But if you are even found talking to a girl out somewhere, a hell of matter will arise! what kind of a twisted illogical rubbish mindset is that ?!

Perhaps, it is very accurately quoted by you that things in this nation are molded only on the basis of self interest and convenience.

Namasty Dr, You wrote very intresting Tittle, and Story which attracted me to read. When I was in Matriculation I heared it as "ANDHER NAGRI CHARBAT RAJA, TAQE SER BHUGRA TAQE SER KHAJA" (Sindhi)
for which aim you gave this example I will not write/discuss .

Dr sahab, which constitution you are talking, which has been borrowed from foreign nations, not suitable for our country, compiled by few chamchas under the directions of foreign rulers and their welwishers, and tell me honestly, is the constitution being respected/implemented, what percentage of people know the constitution,even those who know,can they effect the non constitutional decisions/acts of the rulers, dear friend, not only your constitution & policies but your daytoday functions are influenced by outsiders till date, our money is ejoyed by other countries, our gold reseves have dried, our market is captured by chineese, we are unable to keep our secrets safe, our media/communications/oil/energy etc are in the hands of out siders/corrupt businessmen,our ruling class/administeration is corrupt beyond a limit and controlled by criminals, our lagislation, judiciary, executive & MEDIA ARE family friends and controled by executive, chineese has established its bases all around our nation,national security is threatened every day,non ofruler is bothered about your security inside/out side. Agriculture and defence is destroyed every day, our culture is not separed, honest left very few, are being killed oppenly, criminals are getting ministerial birth, real heros are forgotten and acters are worshiped, Indian sports finished and gambling game of creket is placed before every thing, no job, admission in professional colleges,agency or any govt work,is done without brieb, elders/children/ladies are totally unsafe, even one cannot get pure water, air, eatables, milk, medician and poision, the society has been divided completely even real brothers/husband and wife/parents and childrens are not separed, religious contractors and business class is looting public without any fear/control,education institutions have become business centres, all institutions/organisations/states/centre/offices are controled by religionism/castism/areaism/gondaism/favouritism/selfishness, there is no law and order, no rule of law,no nationalism, no huminity, brother there are many facts which can be brought to your notice but let us end this post here only. BUT I AM NOT LOOSING HEART, I AM STILL HOPEFUL, REGARDS
