1. Jat married to refugan and got a plot at lower rates as per you...... Jaat kaa faayda hua aak nahi? Syaana tha Jaat..... On a lighter note...er Je chamaari tein kar leta to ke bera Hooda saab 100 gaj ka to free mein de dete....:rock ... :rock !!
2. Waise, isa koye ek aadh e baawli&%$# hoga aaj ke jamaane mein jo refugee hon ke kaaran doosrey refugee ne saste mein apna plot bech de....( unless until rishteydaar naa ho)..... naa to market rate mein e bechega.....
3. If these refugees are taking everything on loan, how does that increase the property rates? Kindly explain.
4. Also, who stops form Jaats taking loans? Eb nyu mat kahiye Jaat ke liye RoI is also more as compared to refugees..... banks do not do any caste based funding :rock :rock

Ek e din mein iss ne tetris bhi kasooot khel diya.... er Naya thread bhi shuru kar diya.....kayi post baga gya..... er logga tein nyu baat kare s jaano kayi saalan tein jaanta ho......!!! Ghanni taawal kar raaa s............

That person got that PLOT in 32 lakhs only becoz of the said factor...
Aapne main hushaar lya rhya tha.... but you look everything with no objectiveness in matter.
Market rates are superficial....so every seller knows that no one is going to pay..the asking rate.....
Aapne shaq hai..ke koi bhi so called market rate te kam main na beche....to aapne gutbandi ka abcd bhi na bera....esp related to these refugees....which led to defeat of Greats like Tau in Lok Sabha Elections.
Aap thoda ghuma karo...will get to learn more on small small aspect of society.
