r u doing my leg puling abhimanyu? i am in lower management of the company so there r many more above me who suck blood of employees under them. non of them is a jat. :boxing:confused::o:thappad:tamatar:)

yes one more benefit of govt job, bribe matlab uper ki kamayi. i am not saying this becayse i want. but i m telling thiz because many ppl opt for govt job only for uper ki kamai. teshildar's post costs 20-25 lacs and ppl pay this much to make money.

Interesting topic for discussion. Both public and private sectors have their positive and negatives. I personally feel private sector is a better place to work. In government organization working environment is really bad. Being a engineer i always want to learn to something. It's also true that you will learn more under pressure.
Yes, it's tough to work in private organization because of constant pressure from the bosses. But end of day, you will paid according to your performance. In a government system people try to earn money by this way or that way. Government system is so corrupted that it's better to work more in a private firm rather than working in bad environment.

It's the private sector which is able to create so many jobs for youth and responsible for economic growth.

It is the worst thing about government sector. Higher the post, more is the bribe. that's the logic people used in govt organization. IAS, IPS all have pay equivalent to engineer or teacher. But they are leaving luxurious life using uper wali kamie. These things are really painful. It's better to work more in private rather than becoming part of such a corrupted system. In private sector atleast you will get a self satisfaction that i have not done any thing wrong.

Bhai parveen imaandar rahen ne tane govt me kaun mna kare hai??
Bahut se log aise hai jo bribe nahi lete. Aur bribe kaha nahi chalti. Private tu nu soche h bina ghus diye kaam kare hai?? In ne koi equipment move karna ho ek building te dusri me to in ne tax dena pade se. ye us tax te bachan ke mare ghoos deve se. koi kaam ho in ne sarkar te bina ghoos diye kaam nahi karwate ye. Jitna tax bane utna bharte kyu na? Sare kagajcha me her-fer rakhe. Bribe/corruption is present in private also.
wahi h sarkari ka khaya hod dikh ja se, private aale bera na paaten dente
Tax ke sabte bade chor h ye private aale.. :(

Corruption is everywhere in the system. But level of corruption is very high in government. You cann't even compare two. The persons who work with honesty and dignity are treated badly. Kiran Bedi is one of the example what happens to good persons in government system. Tax saving is the part of business for private sector. Private sector is always about making money. But one thing is also true it's the private sector industries(TATA, Relaince, Infy, Wipro many more) which responsible for present growth in India.

seniors force juniors to take bribe and give them monthly share. any hry pulis dsp who gets posting in gurgaon has to giev lakhs of rs to SP per month who after deducting his share sends to DIG, IG and then DGP. this happens.

No Sunny. m not teasing u. u said company like urs suck blood. what am i supposed to infer from this? their employees suck blood. or is that what the drugs do?

Now a days it is equally good or worse in both sectors........
The one thing where public sector seems to be better is job security.... otherwise workload and legpulling and bloodsucking is everywhere

hahaha Agree with you buddy..

But when you come out of office at 9 PM.. You come out like a Tiger and you feel that you learned something or you added some value for the company.

I may be wrong.. but I used to feel like that..

Bhai Tiger ka to pata nahi lekin kadd jaroor tut jaya karee jaab rozz 9 baaje tayi kaam karna pade hai....But i appreciate your positive thinking that you learn something when you spend so much time...But it again depends upon what type of work you are involved with...Sometimes you may bog down your career in doing the same repetitive work ...But yes if your are putting efforts into right place then its a worthwhile ...

Bhai lamani kara karte toh tadkaye 5 baje khet main jaya karte.. ar 8 baje aya karte.. Ar Gaat ka har purja dukha karda.. Ar lamaniyan pacha bas ek din mera dada Mathu Ali Jalebi khuwa diya karda...

This is right. I don't have the link her, but according to a study, Descendants of from rice-growing South Chinese are more successful than North Chinese. This is because rice-growing is the most back-breaking farming there is, people in N. China are not involved in Agri .. so they donot have those values.
