Private vs Public Sector

Hi!
For the past 20 yrs, I have been associated with Public sector. I am more convinced with Ms bhawna's statement. there are several factors/points of comparison. It depends how u are lucky in pvt as well as public sector. I have also both the experiences of Private sector. Now After 25 yrs. of experience, I would like to say my own people that please try to come out of private and public sector and start your own enterprise if possible. It will be slow initially but will have solid standing in future. In nut shell, those having money power they are ruling the world. It is not possible to share all experiences in this website which is open to all.

Private V/s Public sector

as per my own experience and view public sector is better than private setor, and if you are self employee then nothing good like. there is no comparision. In public sector if you are at Group A or B posts than you have better social recognition,status, liasoning and also in terms of money. Like Civil services etc. you have authority as well as money, challange, social responsiblites etc. Where you can do good for comman people, society. there is lot of work pressure, humiliation, no job securities in private sector.

Private sector is more challenging and hence more rewarding. I am glad I have been in private sector through out as it almost forces me to learn new skills everyday, something I am sure I wouldn't be doing in a public sector job. Ofcourse if you are in a developed country then public sector is a dream job.
