Gurgaon is growing very fast because of its geographical location near to delhi and some govt efforts too.... the new gurgaon is growing fast but on the other hand ...

1) BUS Service Connectivity--- I usually travel from Rohtak to Gurgaon and its bus service is very pathetic. Lots of passengers rush to Gurgaon on Monday and back to their natives on fridays/saturdays ... on those days its really crash like situation.

a) There should be 30 minutes bus service from Gurgaon to Sirsa and Jind .... So as to facilitate the commuters and passengers.
b) In the evening time the frequency from both sides Bahadurgarh and Gurgaon is very much poor and people face lots and lots of problems due to this. There should be busses at these routes till late night say till 11, may be less frequent.
c) Bus Stand is in bad condition and it seems that it will not be capable of holding its services efficiently in future, so it should be shifted somewhere in the open area and build with plan.
d) Internal bus service should also be improved.

2) Roads in Gurgaon - New gurgaon is new development but when we look at the railway road and the old railway road .... its pathetic in condition.

Aise road ho rahe hein ki agar koe pregnant lady roj jati ho us road par ke to SATMASSA balak ho .... jhatke kha kha ke ...

Overall infra of Gurgaon should be taken care of as it is milk yielding cow for haryana.

3) Illegal colonies - Illegal colonies in Gurgaon are growing like mashrooms ... Govt should take immediate action to legalise the old ones and stop the new upbringings to save the money of midium class, who are the prey to those real estate agents who develop these illegal colonies being affordable in rates in respect of the legalise ones.

Real estate alle to banan lag rahe hein er bichara gareeb aadmi jod jod rupiyee kathhe kare er pher illegal ki talwar latke ja sir pe ....

Actually Gurgaon is facing problem of its identity. Its growing like a metropolitan city but Govt. is developing infrastructure like a town. There are no intra city bus(except 1-2 routes).
Autos are not plying on all routes. They ply from Bus Stand to Kapashera, they carry people Like TOODA..Carry people 12-15 in auto.
We have multiplex but not good reasonable theatre for lower class.
People bought flats on sohna road for 50-60 lacs but its very difficult to reach there.

Gurgaon-Jhajjar-Rohtak route

.
Gurgaon has direct road connectivity with Jhajjar (via Farukhnagar) but bus service is too thin and the condition of the road is awful. This road needs to be converted into a highway all the way from Gurgaon to Rohtak (via Jhajjar) and bus transport should be made excellent. Then, journey between Gurgaon and Rohtak will be less time-consuming and passengers will get rid of the congested Najafgarh-Bahadurgarh-Rohtak route.

Kyun Jitu, theek hai na? Those living around Rohtak city will surely feel great relief. Bring this to the attention of Deepender who is perhaps paying enough attention to Rohtak-Jhajjar-Riwari railway project.

gurgaon mess!

Gurgaon is home to world's top noch companies and houses their thousands of employees. Gurgaon is a city of opportunities, where people come from all over the nation to make a livelihood. But, the city has been surrounded by the ghosts of problems.
Once again i hate to critize the government, but can't help it! Ever since the national party came to power they just went to all over Haryana telling people that they will make their cities like Gurgaon. But somehow Gurgaon got left over, and what we see is a mess.

You drive through Gurgaon and a million issue will pop-up. The roads are not repaired, there is no sign of greenary, we harldy see a policemanon the road or a traffic controller, traffic lights don't work, call-center cab drivers run over you, cable mafia rule the channels, government officials are spending more time organizing VIP visits to see multinational companies.

To my shock, a horticulture contractor told me that the present government is not even spending a 4th of what th previous government did for greenary. By the way, if you hop by the horticulture nursery then you will find that your home has far better plants then have.

DLF residential is DLF commercial now! If you goto any of the DLF's phases, you will find commercial shops in the houses.

The worst nightmare is yet to come! Do you know that all of Gurgaon's sewer lines are literally choked. Sector 56 societies are pumping out their sewer water to open grounds. Soon you will have to put a hankerchief or simply shut your car windows while crossing the extreme south Gurgaon.

Try calling the 100 number. I called them once at 1 am when I heard a girl scream. Kept waiting for half hour when I had to go with my friends to a car parked near my society to save the girl. We saw the girl being transferred from one car to another and screaming to death. Before we could get to them, they ran off, and we couldn't even see the number lates. I called all possible officers giving them the description of the car. Till date nobody knows what happen.

I remember former chief minister Sh. Om Praash Chautala having a dream of putting a Disney world there. Although he was successful in putting MNCs and a lot of industries, but what hurts is that its not been taken care of.
