POSITION : Product Support Manager ( for High-end MFPs )
Location : (a) Chennai
(b) Pune
Education Qualifications : BE (Electronics/Electrical)/ Graduate/MBA
Professional Experience
· Minimum 5 Years In the Office Automation (Photocopiers/duplicators) Industry
· Preferably selling high-end MFPs/Solutions to Corporates
· knowledge of computer software
Job Responsibilities:
1.) Marketing and Selling of Segment-3 & above MFPs & Solutions including VDP
2.) Assist in Planning and rolling out product related Marketing strategies to achieve the Business Plan.
3.) Conduct Sales Training Programs for Direct Sales Team & Dealers
4.) Assist in getting Rate contracts for DGS&D, NCCF, KB and various other state Govt RCs.
5.) Assist in conducting seminars, Road shows etc at major customer accounts.
6.) Tracking competition strategies, product portfolio and pricing.
7.) Monthly product performance and the market feedback .
Salary (CTC) : Rs.5.00-6.00 Lacs PA . Salary will commensurate with no. of years of experience & qualifications.
