Property Dealers Must be BANNED.

Bohot saare Jat bhaiyon ne property dealing ka danda suru kar rakha hai...Kya isko Ban nahin kar dena chahiye ?

Property dealer aakhir karta hi kya hai ? Aur usko chahiye 2% , 5% ka hissa ?

Bechne wala MAJBOORI main apni property bechta hai...usko paise ki zarurat hoti hai....aise aadmi ko 1 ya 2 lakh rupye de kar uske kagaj apne paas rakh lete hai...Qarar kar lete hain ek saal main itne peese de denge teri property bikwa denge.

Property dealing main kahin na kahin neeyat digi ho kar paise kaamane ki boo aati hain.

kai baar sochta hoon Shayad Aise Propert Dealer JAT sach mai hi Backward hai.

This profession should be regulated as it is done in North America and Europe. Responsibilities are fixed. All transactions are in white and lawyers are involved on both sides for transactions. Real Estate agent and Lawyer both are insured for around 2 million dollar each. Hence if the transaction is fraud then insurance pays for it. Commission is paid by seller only.

I think you have not gone through other professions, when you will see you will be surprised to see the Hera Pheri , All the traders living in Metro cities are not rich because of the hard work, they are rich because they do duplicate product selling , do many wrong and the close the company and open new company,
At least in Property Dealership there are some Jats , Jats will be wiped out in Business if you ban the property dealership.
Please see the level of cheapness in other business , example : Industry polluting Air & Water . Businessman do not use any equipment to control pollution to earn more and more.
At least these property dealer are not polluting water & air of everyone share.

Banning them is not a solution. However there must be a law against anyone involved in corruption/420 and certification one must obtain to be in this profession.
