Backlash' Fear!

Andhra Bank & Haryana Gramin Bank have been categorically asked by Congress Govt to post recruitment ads ....as Legislative Assembly Elections were scheduled in both states.

Ad by Andhra Bank was released in March whereby elections were to be held in mid-april , this year.
Usual date is around September for ad.
Results of last year were announced in January.

From Exam Date of May till November there is no Result announced , as test was taken prior to schedule.

Similarly in case of Haryana Gramin Bank , every month before election there was AD for recruitment.

THERE IS FEAR OF DEMOCRACY LEFT IN RULING MINDs

This reflects partial-success of democracy.
