Unlike canada, where punjabis and Sardars form chunk of Indian population, why are Jats

lagging behind? Sardar's are agreculturists just as jats- so what gives them an edge? I think jats are close minded people whereas Sardar's are risk taking kaum and hence more prosperous than Jats. Jats should help each other come up.
