right move, i am glad it will establish right precedence for others to follow.

i hope and pray to god that his arrest is not followed by sporadic violence... i guess the officials will take right preventive measures.

At lastttttt...this crazy guy is arrested...i donno why is sowing hatred seeds in maharastrians against non maharasrians..raj thackeray should knw tht no one is above law..

Administration and police depts should use preventive detention as per law..shiv sainiks should be detained for a while............

I saw this candidate whose leg was broken by Thackeray's goons, for taking the exam. Damn! This is open-goondagardi.

This cartoon Thackeray reminds me of old Sunny Deol Movie villains who would have their pack of sidekicks ready to go kick some ass.

Main to kehta hoon, Maharashtra government should honor the non-bailable warrant against Thackeray, issued by a Bihar court. Hand him over to the Bihar Police for judicial remand. There he will get a crash-course on "kon kiskaa baap."

:) Actually he should be well treated with the police danda's for whole night. So that he should remember this before he utters any thing.
 
Raj Thackeray was heard telling the police at the Bandra court that he hadn't slept well on Monday night.By Tuesday night, as he prepared for his first night in a lock-up, he and his lawyers would have lost some more sleep.
The MNS leader's legal team rushed to Kalyan court to seek bail in another case emanating out of the violence that his men had resorted to on Sunday at various Railway Recruitment Board examination centres. But the police pipped their plea by saying they wanted to make some investigations and would produce him only on Wednesday. Thackeray's legal options are now to seek bail from the Kalyan court just as he did in the Bandra court and got it.
But, if he is required by other police teams for other cases registered against him, then the Kalyan magistrate may direct that his custody be handed over to such other police stations. Police officials on Tuesday said there were four cases against him, including the Kherwadi case (from which he got bail), and in that case Thackeray might end up doing the merry-go-round for a while.

Good going he should be kept in jail for atleast week or so. He should be tought good lesson by the police persons so that in future he will not do any indescent talk.
 
Nishant bhai problem in India is that these so called leaders enjoy all the comfort and priveleges in Jails as well.
Jail mein bhi inko Shaahi andaaj se treat kiya jaata hai:)

Well to my understanding this is infact giving popularity to Raj and thats what he wanted. Now more support from Marathi community seeing their leader going to jail for them. And Maharashtra Govt. arrested him just to save their ............

It could have been different situation if arrest was made by Jamshedpur Police. He delibrately got arrested in a well planned manner and will ultimately gain from this.

Maharasthra mein to Chautala barga CM hona chahiye that, je yo raj chu bhi kadh deta mu te. Its totally a failure on the part of Govt. there. But let us see if Judiciary will play a true and fair role or he'll enjoy the loop holes of legal provisions.

Aisa kuchh nahi hai ki Maharashtra govt ne Raj ko arrest kar ke bahoot bada kaam kar diya hai. Yeh to govt. ki majboori hai ki use arrest karna pada aur ab vo hi use court me le jakar jaldi se jaldi jamanat dilakar apna pind chhudana chahti hai.

Agar itna hi tha to February me us par ban lagaya gaya tha ki wo media me bhadkaaoo bhashan nahi dega. lekin iske bavjood bhi wo ye sab karta raha.
govt support kar rahi hai tabhi to vo khullleaam kehta hai ki mujhe arrest karke dikhaao.

Chalo pressure me govt ne use arrest to kar liya hai lein ab aagey dekhen ki kya hota hai. agar ab use bina kisi saja ke chhod diya gaya to wo fir se yahee kahega ki Govt mera kuchh nahi bigar sakti. :boxing

Let see what will happen today. Will he get bail or jail ?????

He is not even a politician, but he is a terrorist and poice shuld charge him with all the penal codes they can.
This is the worst politics i have seen in my life in India.

I think whoever is the CM of Maharashtra has done an extremely poor job. Mr. Thakrey has been nothing but a traitor for our country. He has spread so much of hatred. This will also give lead to other goons in other states to do their illigal activities. The damage done by him is much more than it looks at its face value. He has set a wrong precedence.

Such people should have been dealt with an Iron Hand at the beginning, before the situation reached current proposition.

He should certainly be banned from public speaking and contesting elections for life. So should be his organization.
 
Raj Thackrey wants to gain popularity among the marathis and that's why he is using the cheap tactics of region and language . he is fuelling the fire of regionalism which is not in the interests of our country. His arrest is really a good move.

Even i was thinking the same that the Election commision should interfare in this matter and Ban this guy.
But i think Congress is giving the support to this guy so that the votes of shiv sena can be cut down and they will get the benifit in election.
 
whatever he is doing he is doing for his own people...if he is not having any support from general public he wouldnt have survived this long

I don't think he is doing for his own people he is doing this for his own.
I can remember one incidence happened in 70's by senior Thakrey(Bal). There was some kind of eatable oil has been imported to the Mumbai and gujrat port and the packing of this has been done in mumbai itself than this person bal thakrey start shouting that if its been packed in mumbai it should not been used by the other parts of the country he start creating problem, then the person who is responsible for all this activity(importing and packing) has decided that for now it should be going to be packed in mumbai neither mumbai ports is going to be used of the shipment, because of this decision 1000's of employment has been waved off in mumbai and with in a weeks time make that thakrey to request and apology to that person to start the operation in mumbai.
So dear if its come to suffer its the common person and the benifits has been enjoyed by these politicians.

Chautala during his CM tenure applied the discretionery powers given to CM and released more than 1000 criminals(Including hardcore and having life sentences/death sentences) under the pretext of Good conduct in Jail.

He was going to release couple of 100 more criminals on the same ground, but in the mean time Supreme Court intervened.

This incident was also highlighted by India Today eddition that time,,,,,all these things are on record, so please dont make Chautala unneccessary hero

I think Raj got the success, things are getting worse day by day two days back one guy has been encountered by the police who had came with the intension of killing the Raj thakrey and today in Mumbai in a local train North indian guy has been killed by beating some local guys the reason was only that he belongs to north india. Things r not looking good government has to take some effective steps who knows it may be start of another Godhra.:mad:

वो दिली में क्या कर रही है . मुंबई में पैसा कमाने के अवसर ज्यादा है तो ये सब लोग
सोच रहे है की मुंबई में सिर्फ मराठी ही रहे . जब की वहा सरकारी नोकरी में सारे मराठी

अंग्रेजी स्कुल में पड़ता है . असली मराठा तो शिवाजी था . जिसने दिली में आकर मुसलमानों
से लोहा लिया था . एक माथे पर टिक्का लगाने से और चांदी के सिहांसन पर बैठकर २०-३०
गुंडे पालकर कोई योध्हा नही बन जाता . अभी ये बिहारियों को पिट रहे है मुंबई में . जिस दिन
पंजाबियों और हरियाने वालो के साथ असा करेंगे उस दिन पता चल जाएगा राज ठाकरे को
की उत्तर भारतीयों में कितनी ताकत है .
