I think we should concentrate on the reasons why the reservation is required?Why it was implemented?what are the pros & corns of the reservation policy.
The reason for applying the reservation policy was to uplift the weaker scrion of societt like SC/ST,OBC castes which were both socially & economically weak.
A caste comes under SC/ST category if it lives in Tribes region & both socially & economically backward.(No education level as well.The most suppressed section of the society).
A caste comes under OBC category if it is socially & educationally backward.Economically they are much forward class of people.They lives in good cities & villages which are much developed.The concept for applying was very good.
The reason behind its failures is it is not giving benefit to the person who deserves it?Let me give you an example here.Our jaat community in UP comes under OBC iff the annual income<450000.most of the well settled people get the fraud annual income certificates & get the benefit of reservation.
So many guys get the fraud SC/ST certificate's for getting admission easily.We also have duties for our country/goverment.The required person never gets the benefit of reservation.The goverment policies are also responsible for this.
According to my opinion if an SC/ST person is well-maintained ,having a good economical background,he should not got the benefit of reservation as he is strong enough to provide good education facilities to his/her child.There should be a financial constraint behind reservation.There should be a separate authority to make a financial check on every citizen of the country & that too has to be done very fairly.
