I do not agree, we cannot be friends, yes we are family members, and even if you consider friends, age cannot be ignored, mr Rajpal can you jock, with these young jatlanders, the way you can with your friends, can these youngesters behave with you the way they can with their friends, I personally consider your this suggestion as hippocratic/politic or an act of immage building among our youth, Secondly sir means SHRIMAAN, SO EVEN A JUNIOR/YOUNGER CAN BE CALLED SIR, thirdly, does jat culture allows to behave with elders as you suggested, How young people will learn our culture, please donot mind, I have noticed that due to lack of moral couragese/selfishness/to follow easy path/to gain cheap popularty, teachers/lecturars acts as friends of students, without realizing that they are harming the youth by not guiding/correcting/teaching them the correct behaviour/culture. So called GURU do not object/close their eyes/start looking the other side, from the unwanted acts of students. If we want to have good relations here or any where, rememner----Seniors/elders should not remember always repeat always that they are seniors/elders and juniors/youngers should not forget always repeat the word always that they are juniors/youngers, please donot mind it is healthy and demcratic discussion only, regards
