The few points mentioned in the letter are not a solid defence in suport of OBC, I think. Not sure what is the logic behind but where it says that No jats have reached the top positions like Chief justice, Amry chief or commissioners, Secretary it doesnt proves Jats a forward or backward community moreover even reservation cant guarantee that.
To reach on the top depends on your performance and of course some politics. Reservation can get you an entry but how high you can fly depends on you. May be we need to analyse our own weekness to see why we cant reach the top and i think many of us know the reasons.
The agrument can be that jats live in village and dont have city education but there are many who lives in cities too and still we dont have many people on the top.
My post may irritate some but that wasnt the intention.

Some solid and substantive arguments have come to light. Other aspects/arguments, if any, could be forwarded on the issue to those who are spearheading the demand movement so that they could forcefully argue their claim before the Commission.

इसमे जो ये पॉइंट दिये हैं ये ''educational backwardness of the Jat community'' के तहत दिये हैं |
आयोग के सामने ये सब आकड़े तथ्यों समेत पेश किए जाते हैं | लगभग 1400 पन्नो की फ़ाइल पुख्ता प्रमाणो के साथ आयोग को दी हैं |
देवी सिंह तेवतिया के एलावा अब तक जाटों मे कोई भी जाट किसी हाइ कोर्ट का चीफ़ जस्टिस नहीं बना हैं | शुरुवात मे इस आंदोलन की अगवाई भी देवी सिंह तेवतिया जी ही कर रहे थे परंतु बाद मे कमजोर सेहत के कारण वो पीछे हट गए |
यहीं हाल फौज मे हैं , अब तक कितने जाट सेना प्रमुख बने हैं ? सेना मे हमारी आबादी को देखते हुए हैं उच्च स्तर के अधिकारी नाम मात्र हैं |
यहीं हाल केंद्रीय सचिवाल्य का हैं | हमारी आबादी को देखते हुए केन्द्रीय सचिवाल्य मे भी आज के वक़्त मे कितने जाट सेक्रेटरी के पद पर हैं ?
आज तक देश मे जीतने भी आयोगो का गठन हुआ हैं , उनमे कितने आयोगो के चेरमेन जाट हैं ?
इन सब के लिए अच्छी शिक्षा की जरूरत हैं , और अच्छी शिक्षा के लिए अच्छे शिक्षा संस्थानो मे दाखिले के लिए भी आरक्षण हैं | हमारी आबादी को देखते हुए इन संस्थानो मे हमारे नाम मात्र दाखिले हो पाते हैं |
आपने सही कहा की ''reservation can get you an entry'' और इसी की लड़ाई हम लड़ रहे हैं |

Will you please clear what is the logic behind your arguments. I will explain the points of Ravinder as under:
1. If there will be enough Jat judges then only we can expect that some one will become a CJ
2. To reach on top you need two qualifications: a)Your (Community) number is too high so that they can not ignore you
b) either you have political back up or c) reservation so that they can not ignore you
3. Whatever arguments or little bit logic you gave, that is concerning an individual's failure and not for the community as a whole.
I hope things will be clear for you now.....................................

I understand what you are saying but my only point was that reading those points in the letter it looks like we are talking hypothetically. Lets us pick up one rank you mentioned 'Army Chief'. No Jat ever became Army chief what does this tell us. You are saying it is because we are less in numbers in Army and because we are "backward in education" whatever that means but again we are talking hypothetically. There is only one Army Chief on so many high ranked officers and it is very hard to get to that position. Even Reservation cannot guarantee that we will have an Army Chief. Now you have mentioned that you supported it with 1400 page report. I wasnt aware of that and if your report proves that relative number of jats in Armed forces are less than it could a point but just the fact that we never had an Army chief isnt a conclusive fact in itself. To be an Army chief the educational requirements are not very special either. There can be difference of opinions here too but education is only a basic requirement here.
I remember you mentioned that we must go to the commision with full logics and documents and I was just pointing toward a flaw in one of the approach. Now you may have covered this in the 1400 page report, I am not aware. IF you put something in a public forum such questions are very natural to be asked.

Day before yesterday I spoke to Sh Hawa singh, I think moment is moving in correct direction, as per his ability capability he is doing a wonderful job and I personally feel really grateful to him, we must support him At the same time I think point raised by mr vipin. are correct and I think he is not criticizing mr Hawa singh, By the way till date there is no reservation in defence

Uper likhi post ke madhyam se mein yah janana chahta tha kee kya 1,2,3 formula OBC darja dene ke liye pahali bar pryog ho raha hai ya pahale se bhe isi adhar par OBC arkshan hota raha hai.
