yesterday, I have come to know from a very reliable source that hooda govt is recommending reservation case to centre for implementation first in centre, because this has been considered a safe alternative by the congress, it can buy time, avoid immediate problem in the state, at state level, at present govt is unable to take initiative, please do not take this info as remour or agaist the statement of sh Hawa singh, but mr hawa singh must be informed if deamed fit

Sir, Im in touch with every happening in connection with the jat reservation as well as conferment of the jat community with OBC status, in fact our demand is not for reservation only but for OBC status . We have to say jat reservation bcoz the jat community had refused to accept themselves as backward caste during mandal commission report . Secondly first of all we have demanded to give the OBC status at center level bcoz as soon as the center govt consider us as an OBC automatically states have to considered us as an OBC as happened in Rajasthan . In this connection every thing is on the right track till now but i cant expose such thing on the net as well as in the media . Nothing to worry . In case anything go wrong in future it would be exposed to the community without any hesitation to start an agitation . We have already met in this connection with Ch Balram Jakhar on 26-08-12 and likely to meet Ch, Ajeet Singh , Ch Birender Singh and Deepender Singh Hooda at Delhi on 3rd Sept 12 only to charge them for the cause of community if you want to join us then plz come on 3rd sept-12 before 12 noon at kothi no.12 Tuglaq marg New Delhi or may contact me on mobile no.9416056145 .

Political leaders are positive on Jat Arakshan : Sangwan
Ex. Commandant Hawa Singh Sangwan, President of Akhil Bhartiya Jat Arakshan Sangharsh Samittee, Haryana Unit told the press reporters that a delegation consisting 70 office bearers of the Samittee had met Ch. Balram Jakhar, Ex. Speaker of the Parliament, Ex. Central Minister and Ex. Governor, Ch. Ajit Singh, Central Minister, Ch. Virender Singh, Gen. Sec. AICC, Deepender Singh Hooda, MP and Chief Minister of Haryana Ch. Bhupender Singh Hooda after staying for two days in Delhi under the leadership of Bhagat Singh Dalal, National President of the Samittee. All the leaders were found to be committed and positive to confer OBC status to the Jat community across the country at Central level irrespective of religion, region and sect. They are fully aware that the Jat community has been deprived from their constitutional right since 22 years. Ch. Balram Jakhar was more concerned that the Jat community herself refused to accept as an OBC status during Mandal Commission report. Ch. Jakhar had given more stress that Hindu, Sikh and Muslim Jats are equal being branches of one tree. He told that two of his forefathers have migrated from Seekar district of Rajasthan and were settled in Abohar-Fazilka region of Punjab 150 yrs. ago and one of them had adopted Sikhism. Thus, there is no difference in between them.
Sangwan further stated, they have convinced the leaders that the states like Delhi, UP, MP, Bihar, Uttranchal and Himachal have already considered the Jat community as an OBC at state level and Rajasthan Jats at both the levels after due survey and the survey in Haryana state is likely to be completed very soon. Therefore, there is no need to carry out more survey at Central Level as the social, economical an educational status of the Jat community is equal all over the country. Moreover, Mandal Commission had conferred social status to the 3716 castes all over India without any survey.
Sangwan further stated that the leaders are very well understading how the injustice is being done with the Jat community, as an instance, a Jat family is settled in Delhi with bonafied domicile but he is not considered as an OBC despite the Jats of Delhi are in OBC fold. Similarly, when a Haryanvi Jat girl is married in a Rajasthani Jat family is also not considered as an OBC with the plea that she is having educational qualifications from Haryana. Again, when a Rajasthani Jat girl is married in a Haryanvi Jat family is not considered as an OBC with the plea that the Haryanvi Jat are not in OBC fold. Thus this is a highheadness against a particular community which is not acceptable at any cost.
Sangwan shown confidence with the Haryana Backward Class Commission that the Commission will do full justice with the Jat community. Therefore, Jat community of Haryana should not be misguided.

राजनैतिक नेताओं का आरक्षण के बारे सकारात्मक रुख : सांगवान
अखिल भारतीय जाट आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष पूर्व कमांडेंट हवा सिंह सांगवान ने पत्रकारों से बात करते हुए बताया कि संघर्ष समिति के 70 पदाधिकारीयों का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल राष्ट्रिय अध्यक्ष भगत सिंह दलाल कि अध्यक्षता में पिछले दो दिनों में दिल्ली में रहकर चौधरी बलराम जाखड़ , चौधरी अजीत सिंह , चौधरी वीरेंद्र सिंह डूमरखां , सांसद दीपेन्द्र सिंह हुड्डा व हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री से जाट आरक्षण के बारे में मिला तथा सभी नेताओ का इस विषय पर सकारात्मक रुख था तथा सभी ने यह स्वीकार किया कि जाट आरक्षण के बारे में जाट समाज के साथ अन्याय हुआ हैं और वे सभी इस दिशा में काम कर रहे हैं | चौधरी बलराम जाखड़ ने इस बात पर अफ़सोस जताया कि मंडल कमीशन के समय में जाटों ने स्वयं को पिछड़ा न मानकर भारी भूल की हैं | जाखड़ साहब ने स्वीकार किया कि हिन्दू जाट , सिक्ख जाट और मूला जाट एक ही पेड़ कि शाखाए हैं और उनका सामाजिक और आर्थिक स्तर समान हैं | जाखड़ साहब ने कहा कि लगभग 150 वर्ष पूर्व उनके दो परदादा राजस्थान के सीकर क्षेत्र से आकर पंजाब में अबोहर - फाजिल्का के क्षेत्र में बसे , जिसमे एक दादा ने सिख धर्म को ग्रहण कर लिया था | इसीलिए हमारे में किसी प्रकार का कोई भेद नहीं हैं | सांगवान ने आगे बतलाया कि हरियाणा में आरक्षण पर सभी सर्वे रिपोर्ट पूरी हो चुकी हैं और हरियाणा पिछड़ा आयोग जाट समाज के साथ पूरा-पूरा न्याय करेगा , ऐसा हमें विश्वास हैं | सांगवान ने कहा कि हमने सभी नेताओ को बतला दिया हैं कि दिल्ली , उत्तर प्रदेश , मध्यप्रदेश , बिहार , उतरांचल , हिमाचल राज्यों में जाटों को राज्य स्तर पर तथा राजस्थान में दोनों स्तरों पर जाटों को पहले से ही आरक्षण दिया जा चूका हैं | इसीलिए अभी केंद्र में किसी प्रकार कि सर्वे करवाने का कोई औचित्य नहीं हैं | इससे बढ़कर मंडल कमीशन ने 3716 जातियों को बगैर किसी सर्वे के आरक्षण दे दिया था | अभी और सर्वे करके जाटों के साथ पक्षपात बर्दाश्त नहीं होगा | नेता लोग यह बात अब भलीं भातीं समझने लग गए हैं कि जाट समाज के साथ दोहरा भेदभाव हो रहा हैं | उदाहरण के लिए केवल हरियाणा का कोई सदस्य स्थायी रूप से दिल्ली में बसने पर उसको वोट का अधिकार तो दे दिया गया , लेकिन आरक्षण का अधिकार नहीं | इसी प्रकार हरियाणा कि लड़की राजस्थान में किसी जाट परिवार में ब्याही जाने पर उसको यह कहकर आरक्षण का लाभ नहीं दिया जाता कि उसकी शिक्षा हरियाणा में हुई हैं | लेकिन वहीँ दूसरी ओर राजस्थान कि जाट लड़की हरियाणा में जाट परिवार में ब्याही जाने पर भी उसको आरक्षण का लाभ नहीं दिया जाता | सांगवान ने कहा कि इस अन्याय को अभी जाट समाज तथा सरकारें भलीं भातीं समझ चुकी हैं तथा किसी कीमत पर भविष्य में अन्याय सहन नहीं किया जायेगा | सांगवान ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि यह जाटों का सवैधानिक अधिकार उन्हें जल्दी से जल्दी प्राप्त होने वाला हैं , इसलिए जाट समाज को गुमराह होने कि आवश्यकता नहीं और हमारी स्पष्ट मांग हैं कि समस्त भारत के जाटों को बगैर किसी धर्म , पंथ व क्षेत्र का भेदभाव किए समान रूप से पुरे देश में केंद्र स्तर पर एक साथ पिछड़ा मान लिया जाए |

It is not clear who is misguiding the Jat community of Haryana ....does your post points towards the leaders of a certain political party whom the leaders of reservation movement met or anybody else?

राजपाल जी जाट कौम को को बहकाने का काम आज के दिन हर तरफ से किया जा रहा हैं कुछ राजनेता भी इस काम में लगे हैं व कुछ इस आन्दोलन से जुड़े फ्लॉप नेता भी लगे हैं | हमारे एक राजनेता तो कौम को बहकाने के लिए हमेशा एक ब्यान देते रहते हैं की आरक्षण आर्थिक आधार पर होना चाहिए | ऐसा ही बहकाने का काम कुछ फ्लॉप नेता भी कर रहे हैं , ये लोग तरह तरह की अफवाहे फैला रहे हैं और अभी पीछे फरवरी में सबके मना करने के बावजूद भी हरियाणा के लोगो को ट्रैक पर बैठा कर भाग गया , जिसमे हमारे एक लड़के की जान गई और कई घायल हुए और आखिर में नतीजा कुछ नहीं | सांगवान साहब शुरू से कह रहे थे की अभी आन्दोलन का समय नहीं आया हैं , अभी आयोग सुनवाई कर रहा हैं हमें उसकी रिपोर्ट का इन्तजार करना चाहिए परन्तु सांगवान साहब की ना सुन कर आन्दोलन किया समाज के लोगो को पिटवाया समाज की बदनामी हुई सो अलग और आखिर में सरकार से उसी रिपोर्ट के इंतजार पर समझोता किया | इन लोगो द्वारा समाज को बहकाने के ऐसे कई उदाहरण हैं |

It really hurts me when we point fingers at each other.We do make mistakes and no body is exception.No body can forget the efforts of Yashpal Malik for Jat reservation .He raised the tempo and fought the war leading from the front .He did make mistakes but so do we.Despite our differences we must respect each other as all fought for our own cause.

Yes I agree that people must change their habit of not questioning the credibility of the person without any rhyme or reason merely because he asks question/s.

Brother, believe me it was a sincere request, certainly neither asking question is wrong nor any body should be deprived of this right. But keeping the past experiences in view, having known little about participants , their knowledge/interest/mannerism/level of thinking/discipline etc, I simply extended my request and nothing against any body including you, Try to read and understand the battle indications and learn from mistakes of others, At times more clarifition and simplification may not be good, also on public forum like this, asking the writer to pin point the person/s or the organization/s may invite a violent/unwanted reaction., I am sure by now you might have seen the trailer , thanks and regards

Decision of the Central Cabinet for the Constitutional amendment for SC/St is judicious one : Sangwan
Ex. Commandant Hawa Singh Sangwan, President of Akhil Bhartiya Jat Arakshan Sangharsh Samittee, Haryana Unit told the press reporters that the decision of the Central Cabinet to recommend constitutional amendment to grant reservation in promotion for the SC and ST Govt. employees is not only praiseworthy but also a judicious one because it is necessary for the upliftment of the depressed section of society since centuries to bring them at par with upper section of society. It is necessary in the democracy to maintain the principal of equality. Similarly, the section of other backward castes living in rural also need such opportunities as provided before 1947 in Joint Punjab Province. Moreover almost 80 percent of the Central bureaucracy is still dominated by the upper castes even after 65 years of freedom. It is surprising that till now no Central Commission was ever chaired by the Jat nor any Chief Secretary is ever appointed in the Central Ministry from the Jat community. The Jat community is sacrificing since First World War but could not produce a Chief of Army staff till now. Thus rural Jat farming community is one of the most backward caste. We fully support the decision taken by the Central Govt. for SC and ST.
Ex. Commandant Hawa Singh Sangwan, President of Akhil Bhartiya Jat Arakshan Sangharsh Samittee, Haryana Unit told the press reporters that the decision of the Central Cabinet to recommend constitutional amendment to grant reservation in promotion for the SC and ST Govt. employees is not only praiseworthy but also a judicious one because it is necessary for the upliftment of the depressed section of society since centuries to bring them at par with upper section of society. It is necessary in the democracy to maintain the principal of equality. Similarly, the section of other backward castes living in rural also need such opportunities as provided before 1947 in Joint Punjab Province. Moreover almost 80 percent of the Central bureaucracy is still dominated by the upper castes even after 65 years of freedom. It is surprising that till now no Central Commission was ever chaired by the Jat nor any Chief Secretary is ever appointed in the Central Ministry from the Jat community. भाई सूरा साब... माडी सी तावल नहीं कर दी के समर्थन करण में हम ने इस प्रमोशन आले कोटे का ? कदे हम ने आरक्षण भी नहीं मिले.... एर ये खड-जात ने प्रोमोशन में भी कोटा मिल ज्या..... जाट चपरासी एर ढेढ़ अफसर... बात खटावे नहीं गी भाई ....
एर हाँ .... obc का भी फायदा स के प्रमोशन आले कोटे में ? ..... ( SC / ST तो जाट बनान तें रहे)... OBC में भी प्रोमोशन आला कोटा चालेगा के...आपना फायदा तो जिबे स...?
