Late Ch. Ranbir Singh Hooda , father of present chief minister of Haryana had himself established an " Akhil Bhartiya Pchhara Sangh" way back in sixties and in one of its function the then Hon'ble Vice President of India Dr. Radha Krishan was also invited .

Can anyone please suggest how to get the obc certificate in haryana now? what is the process. time is to take benefit of the reservation wich has bugged us a lot for decades

अखिल भारतीय जाट आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष पूर्व कमांडेंट हवासिंह सांगवान ने दिल्ली में मुख्यमंत्री चौ. भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा तथा वरिष्ठ कांग्रेसी नेता चौ. बलराम जाखड़ से मुलाकात करने के बाद भिवानी लौटकर पत्रकारों को बताया कि हरियाणा प्रदेश में जाट व अन्य तीन जातियों को राज्य स्तर पर पिछड़ा आयोग की सिफारिश पर पिछड़ी जातियां स्वीकार किया जाचुका है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप इन जातियों के बच्चों की नौकरी के लिए तीन साल की उम्र बढ़ गई है अर्थात जो पहले ओवर एज हो चुके थे, अब नौकरियेां के लिए आवेदन कर पाएंगे और पिछड़ी जाति के प्रमाण-पत्र बनाने के लिए चंडीगढ़ से जल्दी ही अधिसूचना की कॉपियां जिला व तहसील स्तर पर पहुंचने वाली हैं। यह कॉपियां पहुंचते ही प्रमाण-पत्र बनाने का काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। सांगवान ने बतलाया कि इन पांच जातियों की जनसंख्या हरियाणा में लगभग 38 प्रतिशत है, वहीं दूसरी ओर आर्थिक आधार पर उच्च जातियों को दस प्रतिशत आरक्षण दिया गया है, जिनकी जनसंख्या हरियाणा में 23 प्रतिशत है। लेकिन खुशी की बात तो यह है कि ये सारी लड़ाई गरीब लोगों के लिए है, इसलिए केंद्र स्तर पर भी ये लड़ाई सभी गरीबों को मिलकर लडऩी चाहिए। सांगवान ने आगे बतलाया कि जाट आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति जल्दी ही फरवरी माह में अपनी कार्यकारिणी की मीटिंग करने जा रही है, जिसमें मार्च माह में केंद्र के आरक्षण के लिए आंदोलन करना पड़ेगा, इसके अलावा कोई चारा नहीं है और ये आंदोलन दिल्ली की गलियों में करना होगा, जिसमें पूरे भारतवर्ष के जाटों को शामिल होने के लिए संपर्क किया जा रहा है। इसलिए हरियाणा का जाट आंदोलन के लिए अपनी कमर कस ले और दूसरी उच्च जातियां भी अपने अधिकार के लिए इस आंदोलन में हमारा पूरा-पूरा सहयोग करें क्योंकि यह समय की मांग है।

Brother, I do understand that on ground, this may not make much of difference as far as jobs are concern but certainly, it will help in future in many ways including reservation in cent re, beside moral victory, it is a step forward in the positive direction, Personally, I have no knowledge about his social work, but certainly, he has contributed to the movement of jat reservation and hence deserves congratulations. I also understand that we are not given our due, tactfully we have been still kept a separate social group and it will be very easy for any new govt to finish this facility if it so desire, But brother, if in future some govt wants to help jats the present step would be helpful. I also understand that the decision of the Haryana Govt and congress top leadership may not be to give benefits to jat community and may be a political consideration mainly to eleminate Chautala, reduce influence of INLD IN jat belt, bring back jat sikhs, rods and Bisnoi back to congress, Jai singh I agree that this decision may not be very useful to our people and others understand and told clearly that jats are not going to get big help from this decision, otherwise by now nos of other castes would have revolted specially in congress, I heared that one of the minister of Haryana was noticed talking to his caste fellows that jats are not going to get big advantage and if required and situation permits, the decision can be reverted, we also heard that certain leaders of this movement of reservation are used by Hooda by giving a promise of some benefits, but what ever, people and haryana govt, do deserve congratulation at this stage

I think more than legal provisions, the unity, desire, vigilant nature and timely action by the community will help, Let us wait and see the effect of these clauses on reservation, the situation is very complex and confused secondly God knows which direction these greedy and selfish leaders move,
