I am marking the ball with numbers1 to 12.

1st Step: Side A Side B
1,2,3,4 5,6,7,8

Case 1: If both side are not equal. let A<B. ( similar arrangement if A>B )
arrange the ball as below.
Side A Side B
1,9,10,11 5,2,3,4

If A<B then odd ball is either 1 or 5.
If A>B then odd ball is either 2 or 3 or 4 and is lighter than others.
If A=B then odd ball is either 6 or 7 or 8 and is heavier from others.

Case 2: If A=B, then odd ball is either 9 or 10 or 11 or 12.
arrange the ball as below.

Side A Side B
1,2,3 9,10,11

If A<B ,then odd ball is either 9 or 10 or 11, and heavier from others.
If A>B, then similar condion except that the odd ball is lighter.
If A=B , then odd ball is 12.


Now we can easily found the odd ball in one step.
So total 3 weighing required.

Bhai.....total 10,000 maanas hai....jisme te saal mei 10 maanas mar jaange kyunki probability 1/1,000 hai....to total 10*100,000= 1,000,000 rupye bane hai saal k....to 1,000,000/10,000 = 100 rupye saal k ek bande ka premium bana. .......baaki isme kimme nafa nuksan na laga rakhya

90% accuracy ke hisab se 10 bande nahi marte faltu marenge

Tanne to nyu la liya le bhia yu sawal to ibe solve karke ger dyunga tham jya saans le le koye baat na hai. Bade bade fail howe hain is sawal mein

Pahlya sawal dhang te likh.....ibb acuracy kit te aagi...arr faltoo kyukar marenge....Ibb tu aade monte carlo analysis mat karwawe mere pe.

If you want the result with 90% accuracy then use binomial distribution.
Probability of death is 0.001
so start with 10 successes..

value of probability function is a indication of accuracy for the given number of successes.As you increase the number of successes,accuracy increases proportionally.

for 17 success, value of probability function is 0.0127 (it means 87.3% accuracy)

for 18 success, value of probability function is 0.0071 ( 92.9% accuracy)

As u asked for 90% accuracy so 18 is right number.
It means premium should be 1800000/10000= Rs. 180 per person.
