Lots of passionate discussion going on JL about this terror and that terror. Hindu terror, muslim terror, norway terror- jahaan dekho terror hi terror. The discussion is more terrorising than the actual act of terror.
But what about Road terror? How many people die on roads as compared to due to bombs? I was looking for this information when I came across this:
India's record in road deaths has touched a new low, as toll rose to at least 14 deaths per hour in 2008 against 13 the previous year. The total annual deaths due to road accidents has crossed 1.18 lakh, according to the latest report of National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB).

How many people have died in comparison because of terrorist activities that everyone wants to talk about? Does anyone know?
I think the number would be extremely low in comparison. Yet, everyone wants to solve religious terror, nevermind the solutions being given are more dangerous than the problem.
What can be done to resolve this road terror?
