Both the boy and girl had the same surname "Barak", as per news both were killed by the Girl's family.
 
Satyapal Chaudhary kisi Khap ke representative hain ya aise hi chale aaye Khaps ke naam pe debate mein....which Khap assigned him this job.....???
 
Shameful and disgusting. Don't know why such mostly incidents happen in Haryana. Such incidents bring a bad name to all Jats. It seems there is a serious problem in kids upbringing in Haryana. Though many Jats of Haryana bring laurels for the community and country, but such one incident overlap them. In UP, Rajasthan such sister-brother love affairs are rare but in Haryana these are in plenty. Some years back there was Manoj-Babli incident and now this new one.

I sooooo want to reply back with sad true stories that I know from mentioned places ........but humare yahan kehte hai ........bahut sari batein kehne ki nahi hoti ........

Please do not take it otherwise but it seems you are questioning Upbringing of Haryanvis . I may never be proud of being Jat but always be proud of being Haryanvi specifically Rohtakki . I am not sorry to say that I did feel offended .

Whatever happened indeed shameful Our own blood get into such relationship .......Tragic our own blood brutally murdered them

My motive was not to offend anybody and that's why I tried to make a balance. It is very distasteful to hear such news from Haryana on mostly occasions. This very incident came in light, otherwise there are hundreds of such cases (same gotra couples seeking security like things). And it is very stunning that you may never be proud of being Jat. I am very proud of being Jat. There is no one like Jats.
 
You know what i have respect for you but people like you are the reason of division between jats on the basis of region .... let me tell you why only haryana highlighted because we have a hell lot of these active well fare associations ( one headed by Jagmati Sangwan) working there and education always imparts a sense of resistance whether you like it or not its these resistances due to eduation , economic independence , some what global approach end up in these honor killings and dont tell me these things happen only in Haryana but these type incidents are possible any where and they have nothing to do with caste , killing is the most henious crime .... If you cant morn on their deaths then please dont convert this in mud slugging and dont start distrebuting these character certificates here , Its a social problem and we have to think for solutions as per one analyst the such incidents are more in western UP but unreported . I have pasted one link and in first 3 mins you will come to know why only Haryana is highlighted

No doubt, boy and girl from same village, same gotra surface time and again. Not many parents in rural area know how to handle them because of social pressures. By our social norms, such relations are not acceptable. What is the solution ? In my view such couple should be allowed to leave village and settle at some far way place. Killing is the most heinous crime in my view. If boy and girl think they are right, parents too have the right to disown them legally. In my view story should end here.

दामूपुर गांव निवासी आरिफ के बेटे नाजिम (26) और इब्राहिम की बेटी आयशा (19) एक-दूसरे से प्यार करते थे। इसको लेकर आयशा के भाइयों ने नाजिम को कई बार धमकाया भी। मगर वे चोरी-छिपे मिलते रहे। नाजिम घरों में मारबल लगाने का काम करता था। वह शनिवार को घर से निकलने के बाद लापता हो गया। बुधवार को गांव में ही खेत में नाजिम का शव मिला तो उसकी हत्या का पता चला। इसी बीच, बुधवार रात ही आयशा को भी मार डाला गया।

सभ्य समाज के परोपकार बिस्कि साहब अपनी कल्पना के घोड़ों कि लगाम को खाप तक ले गए शायराना अंदाज़ में ! इसमें खाप का लेना देना क्या है बताइए जरा ?

और इन दो मरने वाले महान विभूतियों की आशिकी के बारे में शायरी नहीं करोगे ?

parents are not owner of their child life even though sagotra vivah is not according to our customs but man.....a father killing his own child is demon.nothing else ..bhai shaadi hi to ki hai koi.....katal to nahi kia.....itna hi izzatwala tha to achhe sanskaar deta khud sharraabii juari hoga edhar udhar mu marta hoga......bachho parr dhyan nahi diya abb izzat ki yaad aa rahi hai..............
i remember a live by khaleel gibran YOUR CHILDREN ARE NOT YOUR CHILDREN,THEY ARE THE CHILDREN OF TIME........

What the duo did was not acceptable at all, that should have been prevented at first hand. But killing them was not the only solution to the problem. And I don't see any khap thing in it, they are just dragged into everything that comes to malign us.
