The recent report about two brave heart sisters fighting 3 men and whole bus watching silently? Were there all spineless people who did not protect two helpless girls? Khaps should take strong action.

Haryana Women commission has issued notice to the Government on this ugly happening and requested to take steps to stop recurrence of this type of incidents in future .
According to TV news the concerned roadways employees have been suspended and the threesome youth have been produced before the court. SP Rohtak has said that he would try to initiate steps to take this case of molestation to fast tract court for speedy decision in the matter.

You are right our justice system works more on emotions then on proofs what about those girls , who dont have any one around to shoot the incident where are their awards , the biggest surprise is that the police hasnt arrested all otehr male passengers

The video is of one minute, the duration of fighting in video is 20 seconds and I do hear and see people intervening. From what I hear, people didn't knew what was the fight about.
Contrast this with what the media (including international media) has stated and projected; "the mute spectators".
The accused may well be guilty, however, role of media is to bring out facts and not judgments.
Were are the statements from other passengers, the bus driver, the conductor, the accused. In this one sided judgment by media, do the accused have any chance to put their side of perspective?

[h=1]Villagers issue ultimatum to administration: Release Rohtak sisters’ molesters[/h]CHANDIGARH: Two braveheart sisters in Rohtak, who took on three alleged molesters on board a moving Haryana Roadways bus, will be honoured for their bravery on Republic Day even as the incident triggered indignation and led the state government to suspend driver and conductor of the bus.
Taking serious note of the incident, the Haryana government asked the state director general of police (DGP) and state transport department to take steps for ensuring security of passengers especially women travelling in roadways buses.
Praising the indomitable courage and bravery of the girls who fought the three youth who tried to "molest" them in the moving bus, chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar said the girls will be given cash awards on the occasion of Republic Day.

The two college-going sisters had confronted three alleged molesters inside a moving bus, with one of the girls even hitting the youths with her belt, even as passengers remained mute spectators.
This screenshot of a video taken by a mobile phone shows the girls taking on the molesters in the bus.
The entire incident, recorded by a passenger on mobile phone, went viral both on television and social media. It showed the two girls using hands and belt to thrash the trio, who appeared to be taken by surprise.
All the three youths — Kuldeep, Mohit and Deepak — were later arrested and remanded to custody till December six.
Rohtak superintendent of police Shanshank Anand said that an appeal had been made to eyewitnesses or passengers sitting in the bus to help police to take the case to its logical end.
He said police would make serious efforts to take this case to the fast-track court for speedy conviction of the accused.

Asked about the threat by residents of the village of the accused to block roads on Tuesday, the SP said action would be taken against those violating the law.

The victims in their complaint alleged that they were "teased" by some youths in a Haryana Roadways bus when they were going to their college on Friday.
When the victims objected, one of the accused started beating them up.
National Commission for Women chairperson Lalitha Kumarmangalam too praised the girls.
Amid public outrage over the incident, the director general of Haryana transport department has ordered suspension of bus driver Balwan Singh and conductor Labh Singh with immediate effect.
The father of the two sisters has, meanwhile, alleged that there was pressure from the panchayat that the girls should withdraw the complaint.
On their part, the residents of Kansla village in Rohtak district where the accused belong to have served an ultimatum on the district administration to release the three boys within 24 hours.
The residents have alleged that a false FIR has been registered against the three which should be quashed.
The residents told reporters that the three boys have been "falsely implicated". They claimed that it was not a case of alleged molestation but a dispute was over seats.
The seats had been allotted to the three boys, they claimed.
Union minister Nirmala Sitharaman said the incident highlighted that Indian women are exposed to all kinds of risks in public spaces.
Reacting to the incident, Union minister Uma Bharti said, "All the girls should do what these sisters did. They did well. But it is sad that none of the other passengers came to their help. Society has to change its mindset and people should stop being mere onlookers when such incidents take place."
"What the girls wear, does not matter. People should come together and ensure that women are respected and their dignity is maintained," she said.

Not sure what is real truth behind this, but I have never heard or seen in haryana that something wrong is happening to girls in bus and no one come forward to save them. So the case should be checked from both the angles, let the court decide, government vote ke liye media note(TRP) ke liye kuch bhi kar sakta hai.
Waise aajkal ke haalat dekhte hue and apna lachar kanoon dekhte hue un ladko ko agar unki galti nhi bhi thi us case me thoda restraint dhikana tha. Kyuki ye conception bana rakha hai ki hamesha galti ladke ki hoti hai.
PS: I am nowhere saying here boys are not at fault, but all I can say is truth must prevail.

The case seems to have taken new twists and turns, if newer light thrown in the above post is corroborated by the factual position in the matter. the matter becomes more complicated.
Regarding change of bus and other related issue the employees of the roadways can better speak out.
And it would be in the fitness of things that the issue is investigated impartially taking all angles involved in the event and then only if found culprit, they must be brought to book on the basis of judicious and verifiable grounds.
Let us hope that during the course of judicial custody the investigation authorities would collect proper chain of events and throw better light on the issue when they file challan before the court.
Leave aside passing judgement in the matter based on trial by media and let us wait for the facts to emerge in the case as the investigations progress further.
To meet the ends of Justice, none should be punished without first giving him an opportunity to prove their innocence and none should go Scot free, if found guilty .

ladkiya ko bas yeh kahna hai ki yeh muhe chhed raha hai aur fir chahe laat, belt kuch bhi maaro....waahi waahi unki!....aur public bhi andhi bas bhed chaal!
ho sakta hai ki galti ladko ki ho..par bina inquiry ke hi unhe culprit bana diya...aur yeh bloody media kahp ko blame karta hai....sharam aani chaiye iss media ko!.
