Sabji Mandi by Israel !!!

Ambassador of Israel Mark Sofer met with Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda in his office, after meeting Hooda said that. Israel will set up two Centres of Excellence for fruits and vegetable in Haryana. In the districts :: Sirsa and Karnal at a cost of 9.7 and 6 crores respectively.

Israeli ambassador stated that the projects will be beneficial for Haryana.

We are having enough fruit and vegetable mandis in India and they are perfroming well, and moreover the new type of mandis like Chaupal of ITC are also in fray. So how these two new mandis (or centre of excellance as they are being called by both) will help Haryana is not clear to me.

Somebody, please enlighten on this??

The mandi today are actually harrasment for farmers. There is no storing facilities for farmers if he doens't want to sell his vegetables because of low price for his product that day he sells whatever price he gets as taking back, storing and bringing back will make his product unviable against the price he will get. mandi traders fully exploit the farmers.

As far as ITC choupal is concerned that is model for them buy agricultural products for their captive plants and develop as convinience centre for farmers so that they can sell their products directly to them and it helps few people but is good initiative from ITC and have helped farmers with new technology and seeds.

The new initiative of haryana Govt will be beneficiary to all farmers and fruit growers acroos the country. For example today when orange comes from mahrashtra or apple from himachal comes to azadpur mandi then those farmers have to sell it as there again they are at the mercy of azadpur mandi and they sell at cheaper price and then same thing we get at 10 times the puchase price.

By having this new concept the mandi will give all solutions at one window and farmers can book the space and they can sell it as per demand in a longer period and get good price and at the same time we will get the fruits which are fresh. same way it will help vegetable growers and we will have access to more qualities of vegtables and fruits in around delhi ncr.Also they will get all type of latest knowhow as this will have a place where lot of companies selling seeds and agricultural tools will set up shop sell their products. Above all this will decongest delhi and there is no need for so many trucks to come to delhi. Only issue is logistics and Govt should plan properly logistica solutions to take fruits vegetables to delhi by train so that unnecssary so many trucks need not ply between this mandi and delhi. they can have emu from sonepat running only for catering to this mandi twice a day to decongest traffic on road.

इस्राइल : एक छोटा सा देश जहाँ के लोगो को सिर्फ दो काम आते हैं ! पहला पैसे बनाना और दूसरा मुसलमानों को मरना ! ऐसा क्या हुआ की वो लोग हमारे यहाँ मंदी लगाने आ गए ? मैंने एक कंपनी में काम किया जो इस्राइल से थी वहां मैं कुछ इस्राइल के लोगो से मिला उन्हें देखा और जाना ! और जान के दुःख हुआ की वो भारतीयों पर भरोसा नहीं करते ! इसके लिए आप ट्रांसपोर्ट वाले किसी बन्दे से पूछ सकते हो की दुनिया का सबसे घटिया सैलानी किस देश का है ! मेरी कंपनी में मेडिकल इस्तेमाल का एक प्रोडक्ट बनता था जिसमे कुछ रसायन भी इस्तेमाल होते थे जिन्हें इस्राइल से ही आयत किया जाता था ! उन पर कोई भी नाम या निशान नहीं होता था और इस्तेमाल भी उसे केमिकल ए और केमिकल बी जैसे नामो से जाना जाता था ! वो उसके बारे में कोई भी जानकारी नहीं देते थे क्योंकि उन्हें लगता था की यहाँ के लोग उसे कॉपी करके दूसरी कंपनी चलाने लगेंगे !
अब आते हैं मुद्दे पे कि ऐसा क्या हुआ जो वो लोग यहाँ के किसानो कि भलाई के लिए आगे आ रहे हैं ?
मैंने एक सेमिनार के दौरान हुई बातें आप लोगो के साथ बांटी थी और लोगो ने तारीफ की और भूल गए वो चीज़ तारीफ के लिए नहीं थी वो बात एक अच्छे बिज़नस के लिए रास्ता थी मेरे पास साधन नहीं हैं ना मेरे पास आज वो जगह है की मैं बिज़नस का रिस्क ले सकू पर यहाँ आइसे बहुत हैं जो ये काम कर सकते हैं पर मुझे समझ मैं नहीं आता की करना क्यूँ नहीं चाहते ?
फल सब्जी के व्यापार में इतना potential है जितना कहीं भी नहीं आज किसान को उसकी पैदावार का सिर्फ ४०% मिलता है क्योंकि व्यापारी ६०% जो फल सब्जी ख़राब हो जाते हैं उनका पैसा किसान की पैदावार से काट लेते हैं !
इस्राइल वाले किसान के भले के लिए नहीं आ रहे वो किसान को उतना ही पैसा देंगे बस नगद दे देंगे ! लेकिन वो यहाँ कोल्ड स्टोर बनायेंगे सब्जियों और फलो को छंटेंगे और अच्छे वालो को दुसरे देश में बेचने के लिए भेज देंगे!
इनका काम वोही रहेगा जो आज प्रोपर्टी डीलर करते हैं एक का प्लाट ख़रीदा कम दाम में और दुसरे को बेचा ज्यादा दाम में उसके अलावा कमिसन का % भी ले लिया दोनों तरफ से !
दोस्तों इस काम में बहुत जगह है और जिस भाई के पास पैसा लगाने की जगह है और काम करने की इच्छा उस भाई से मेरी गुजारिश है की इस काम में हाथ डाले !

Thanks for the info Rakesh, baut can you tell if the technique is beingmade available by any of the govt. ministry or department, because as such I or anyother may not be having the technical competence to complete the project on their own.
Back on the topic, the Israel may be investing money as you had stated but, why the govt. is attracted to it, can't the CM see or someone tell him the risks involved in it, or i may not say the risks, but the drainage of money from India to Israel.

Andhe ne diwa dikhan ka fayda. Mujhe nahi pata ki wahan kaise salahkar baithe hain. Aur jab videshi is kaam ko karne aa rahe hain to is kaam ke peeche kitna bada profit margin hoga ye kisi ko najar nahi aa raha.
Jise log door darshita kehte hain wo sirf ek chalawa hai.
Rohtak ki jameen aquire kari jahan aachi kheti hoti hai Bhiwani mein kyun industrial area setup nahi karte?
Delhi se connectivity chahiye apni train aur road transport jodo airport ko badi flights ke layak banao. Khair CM ke against kehne par siraf yahan politics failegi. Lekin Israel ke bande sabse ghatiya hain isme koi shak nahi. Aur ye baaki log bhi jan jayenge.
The product they were manufacturing was silicon based and it is not something which you won't find anywhere else. Even last month i got a call from south India Chennai that they are going to start same unit in chennai and asked me if i am willing to join but i denied.
