I think a officer like Sharma better knows wht have todo in this kinda situation. Isme kisi kee koi galti nahi hai aur aisa bhee nahi hai kee DP kee specialcell ke paas Bullet proof jackets nahi hai, bhai sab kuch hai aur as i m saying Sharma was a brilliant cop and he was well balanced man in uniform so whtever he done was good and timely decision, but as we all know that accident happens and so was the case there cos jab goli chalengi dono taraf se toh bhai lahu toh bahega, and don't forget aisa shaheed hone ka saubhagya sabko nahi milta.
Even if he had Bulletproof who knows he would have survived cos bullet toh kahin aur lag jaati.
So please dont raise questions on MC sharma, he did the right thing according to the situation and we all shuld accept it and salute him.
I was watching his last ceremonyy on TV and i was in tears but i had a feeling of pride that we still have the officers like him who are ready to giveup 100% nytime.

****MC Sharma was a great, brave person. He was no doubt a capable person. I respect him a lot. I dont want his Soul to question/answer anything. I dont raise finger on his capabilities. I am totally bowed in respect to him and wish that my son/my bros should take his path. Neither I am asking to raise any question on Brahmans. Neither I feel that they are less brave than we Jats. I have no intentions to get his image down ... neither I can.

I have earlier written in one thread a short storey ... of Shiv Parvati ... in which Shiv told Parvati that he has made SHAHEED among people who are greater than GOD. So I feel that Mr MC Sharma and other who sacrifice their lives on their country are greater than GODs who are invisible but these people do it being visible and proof.

Now perhaps you will have a feel that there are no issues that you are thinking of.

Still, my worries were only that such a brave person could have been saved if preventive measures were there. Though I am not the intellectual person here to tell this ... its just a guess or feeling of a sad heart that why to loose such brave persons only because of measures that could have been there?

Bhai eeb manney pachli post mein bhi kahi thi ki I dont know if anything strategic is there behind this. But sorry to say that I am not at all convinced/agree (perhaps which is my right) by the reasons or points given by you. Though as far as I am getting the point made by Aman (I still dont noticed where he is sitting ... in USA or AUS .... as it doesnt affect my reply ... till he has some logic in it) ... he is also respectful like you to Sharma ji ... but his heart is going out of loosing braves this way.

I can cite the example for the aforementioned red color

one brings the medal( Vijender singh) and other two ( akhil kumar , jttender kumar and yogeswar dutt) brings nothing ( but their efforts were splendid, so was sania nehwal), all three get apointed as DSP in haryana police, is this the equality you are talking about( Its a different matter Nehwal gets nothing)? Either you hate it or love it . Biasing is very much prominnet in every sector, i have experienced it myself thats why i'm saying it but this does not make everyone culprit.
