It was so disturbing today to find out lot of people are of the opinion that Sanjay Dutt should not be punished even if he has committed the crime of being an aide to Dawood in killing all those people. How can they be worried about Sanjay Dutt's fate 'even' if he is a criminal.

I have not idea how these think, whoever their GOD is, I pray him to forgive them, they don't know what they are doing
 
What is in a name

Change that name to Sanjay Singh Sura and then take a survey.

On which moral grounds people are asking to condone Sanjay Dutt.

he must be lynched on the streets of Mumbai. He was a terrorist and he is still doing the same.

This guy is running parllel govt in mumbai. He deserves harsh punishment.

I dont know on what basis people are putting such ideas.

sir jee aap to sanjay dutt kee bat kar rahe hai log to ek atankwadi kee
fasi tak ko galat bata rahe hai or to or andolan kar rahe hai. ye samaj
hai jo aadmi upar chad gaya use log bhagwaan man lete hai abhi kuch
samay pahale salman khan ne soye hue logo par gadi chadha dee
kya uuskee saja par vivad nahi hoga.

he's one of my all time fav movie star n I dont think he's a Terrorist, may be he had terms with Mafia Dons like almost all the Bollywood have, but I believe he's a nice man like his father, n certainly not a terrorist!

Im quite happy he's free!

ha bhai theek kaha wo Terrorist ho hee nahi sakta kyo kee wo bada admi
agar uske jagah netra pal sinch choudhary hota to aankh moond kar fasi
par chadha dedte bade admi ke sab apradh maf...........salman khan bhee nirdosh hoga....
agar uske uppar koi case hai to wo kahi na kahi involve to hai hee.

well the court has not convicted sanjay dutt under TADA but he has been found guilty under the arms act....as per this act the max sentence is 3-5 yrs....nd he has already served 18 months...so he isnt going scotfree...maybe granted a lighter sentence...
as per his credentials as a terrorist..well cant say much abt tht...

aur bhai netrapal yeh celebrity log jab picture mein aa jate hain to log react karte hain..opinion dete hain...aur media choti baaton ko bada ban deti hai aur badi baat ko chota.....

It doesn't really matter whether somebody is your favorite actor or my actor.
He has been found guilty by the court of law.
and what do you mean by he may have contacts with terrorists but he himself is not a terrorist. so, according to this statement Pakistan may be training terrorists in their own land, they may be financing them but they are not responsible for the loss of human life in India.
The person who provides logistic support to terrorists is also a terrorist.
 
Inh fim stars kah to public maiin jaloos nikalna chahiye...taaki yeh jo high class log aisey kaam karte haiin inaka nasha to utaare. Sirf sanjay dutt hih naheen, baaki jitne bhi salman khan(Mafia) type key hero haiin, inako jailon key darshan karwate rehana chahiye...

according to me sanjay dutt can never be a anti national element, yesss money makes one to wish to posess lots of fancies, AK's were his, cummon one does things according to ones wins and fancies, mano ya mat par aisa hota hai doston, how many jats dont wish and posess a mouser/gun..... yes he was wrong there having it, no doubts on this.

least, u all may not be aware this entire probe was done by a very senior CBI official (Jt. director, CBI) and he is famous for his unbiaised functioning, many would be surprised to know he's a Jat and as heard he was very much dedicated towards this case, infact he must have risked his life, donno why but i have full trust in his findings.... the entire credentials of these findings go to a JAT, wot more....

are all those who are writing here have any proof of him being a terorist, bade aadmi ki baat kahan sae aa gayi, hasnt he been co-operating, didnt he spent time in jail, we should appreciate facts, i plead dont write against sumone if u r not that sure !!!

Aapne to court ko bhi jhutla diya. Court ne bhi ye verdict sunaya hai ki vo terrorist nahin hai fir aap kis basis pe itna strongle bol rahein hain. Aapke hisaab se to court bhi bekaar hai.
Jo uska kasoor tha uski saza usse mil rahi hai, aur kya fansi chadha dein kya usko.
 
I do not want to choose a punishment for Sanjay Dutt. But, my guess is that the Judge will at the most sentence him for 2 years. Of which, he has already done 18 months. So, he goes in for 6 months. +/- one year.

Any one in for bets?

yeah.. about a year .. don see him going for more than that!

pradeep bhai mai kisi ko galat nahi bata raha logo kee sunjay dutt ke prati
to bhawnaye hai mai oonkee kadar karta hoo lekin kuch sawal hai:-

1. uske paas jo hathiyar tha wo usne kyo liya kya wah gunda hai ya kisise khatara hai?

2. agar use hathiyar kee jarurat bhee thee to uska license kyo nahi tha?

3. wo ek reputed person hai usko license mil sakta tha...

4. atankwadi se batchit ka jo tape pahale jari kiya gaya tha uska kya hua?

ye kuch sawal hai jo sandheh paida karte hai.

ye mere apne vichar hai mai sanjay dutt ke khilaf nahi hoo par agar koi
kasoorwar hai to use saja milni chahiye...........

yeh sawal aapke hi nahin court ke mann mein bhi sandeh paida karte hain isliye court ne arms act te tahat sanjay dutt ko doshi karar diya hai...ab saja kitni di jayegi woh dekhna hai.....

Tell me something .. he is a good movie star .. How does that make him a good person .. Do you know him personally to vouch for him ???

He is certainly guilty .... he should be punished .. just because he acts in Ghandigiri does not make him a nice guy ...

He is a good actor and he is making millions out of it .......... i dont understand the logic of people like you supporting him so blindly ... what good has he doen for you .. or your country ??

Just because you like the way he dances and delivers dialouges in movies you are vouching for his innocence ............ thats pathetic
 
I donot think he was involved in terrorism .. but he is certainly a drug addict ... he sniffs coccaine like anything .... and the whole AK-47 episode was just becasue he wanted big boys toys .. big cares .. big guns ....... drugs..

I do not think he was a party to the terrorist conspiracy ........... but still he is guilty of dealing with mafia and illegal weapons ..... and in real he is guilty of much more than we know .... and drug abuse charges are certainly among those things

The big question pertains to the same set of evidence that has set Dutt free from Tada charges but convicted others, including 64-year-old Zaibunnisa, on the same ground.

Manzoor Ahmed helped Dutt acquire the AK-56 rifles, a 9-mm pistol and other ammunition. He also helped the actor in removing and destroying the weapons and was duly convicted under Tada.

And Zaibunnisa, who kept the ammunitions in her house in Jogeshwari for a few hours after it was removed from Dutt's house, also found herself guilty under Tada.

Manzoor and Zaibunnisa were convicted for "aiding and abetting" a terrorist act. But the court did not find Dutt "to be a terrorist".

The main person — who asked for the weapons, bought them, allowed terrorists into his house, called them to remove and destroy the weapons — is let off Tada charges whereas others who worked for him are convicted under Tada

  • Blind fans of a Sanjay Dutt
    • If Manzoor and Zaibunnisa are convicted under TADA for "aiding and abetting" a terrorist act why not blind fans
Answer is all of the above!!!
