1) SAP HR Consultant : SAP HCM Functional Experience incl. the person need to know North America Payroll, ESS & MSS

2) SAP HR PA/PT Lead
Work Location: Noida / Hyderabad / Chennai
The SAP HR Application Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of Human Capital Management (HCM) technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SAP HR PA and Time Management Modules.
· Experience in designing and deploying large-scale HR SAP implementations at mid-size and/or big companies on versions 4.7 or higher.
· Experience in implementing two full life cycle projects of SAP HR PA and Time Management with at least one implementation in ECC5.0 or higher, preferred.
· At least 5 years experience in SAP HR systems and processes as a functional analyst.
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience with time evaluations, postings and schemas.
· Ability to design business solutions in the HR Time Management space.
3) SAP HR PA/PY Lead
Work Location: Noida / Hyderabad / Chennai
The SAP HR Application Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of Human Capital Management (HCM) technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SAP HR Payroll Modules.
· Experience in designing and deploying large-scale SAP HR and payroll implementations at mid-size and/or big companies on versions 4.7 or higher.
· Experience in implementing three full life cycle projects of SAP HR PY with at least one implementation in ECC5.0 or higher, preferred.. Experience with implementing payroll for Europe would be an added advantage.
· At least 5 years experience in SAP HR/Payroll systems and processes as a technical and functional analyst
· Knowledge of SAP OM, PA , PY, TM and FI/CO
· Experience with SAP Payroll integration to SAP FI/CO
· Experience with development of payroll schemas, rules and interface tool box.
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to design business solutions in the HR Payroll space
4) SAP HR PA/OM Lead
Work Location: Noida / Hyderabad / Chennai
The SAP HR Application Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of Human Capital Management (HCM) technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SAP HR PA and Time Management Modules.
· Experience in designing and deploying large-scale HR SAP implementations at mid-size and/or big companies on versions 4.7 or higher.
· Experience in implementing three full life cycle projects of SAP HR PA and Organizational management with at least one implementation in ECC5.0 or higher, preferred.
· At least 5 years experience in SAP HR systems and processes as a functional analyst.
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience with data conversion and development of report specifications for PA and OM.
· Working experience on roles and authorization including structural authorization.
· Ability to design business solutions in the HR Personnel administration and Organizational Management space.
· Exposure to NetWeaver Technologies
· Experienced at interacting with ABAP/XI interface developers and providing detailed functional specifications.
5) SAP EP Lead
Work Location: Noida / Hyderabad / Chennai
The SAP EP Consultant is responsible to support HCM functional consultants in the successful delivery of Human Capital Management (HCM) technology/process deliverables; particularly in Employee Self Services and Manager Self Services.
· Experience in designing and deploying large-scale Portal implementations at mid-size and/or big companies on versions EP6.0 or higher.
· Experience in implementing two full life cycle projects deploying portal services for ESS and MSS.
· At least 4 years experience in SAP EP. At least 1 year of experience in EP7.0.
· Experience using SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio.
· Experience performing EP content administration.
· Experience with SAP EP 7.0 (PCD, user administration & system administration).
· Expertise in creating roles, worksets, pages & iViews.
· Experience integrating SAP EP with HR ESS/MSS.
· Expertise in using and customizing ESS/MSS Business Packages.
· Experience in HTML, Java & J2EE technologies.
· Expertise in using NWDS, NWDI & Adobe Lifecycle Designer.
· Familiarity with best practices for EP, ESS and MSS.
· Extensive experience in WebDynpro technology
6) Sr. SAP HR Consultant
Work Location: Noida / Hyderabad / Chennai
i) SAP Payroll Business Analyst : 5 to 7 years of SAP HR experience with one implementation and one support of NA Payroll
ii) SAP Benefits Business Analyst : 5 to 7 years of SAP HR experience with one implementation of Benefit Administration module and should have participated in an annual enrolment processes for NA.
iii) SAP Technical Business Analyst : 4 to 6 years of ABAP HR experience and should have hands on experience Benefit Administration and Payroll modules for NA.
iv) SAP - Production Support : 3 to 4 years of SAP HR Experience with working knowledge of ABAP and should have supported a client on Payroll and Benefits module. Knowledge on ESS preferable.
