magar ye to fact hai is desh mein khasskar delhi mein law and order jaisi koi cheez nahi. ye to bus politicians ke hath ki kathputli hai. tabhi to maine kaha tha aur kuch na ho sake to is susri sarkar ne ger lyo. kisse sale tei vote manna do.

hum wohi jats hain kya????? jinme kabhi Prithvi Raj Chauhaan, Maharaja Surajmal jaise veer yodha the . Aaj kahan gaye wo delhi ki politics mein kabhi asa neta nahi hua jo apni jat community ke liye kuch karke gaya ho , aur jo karne ki iccha rakhte the unki jamanat japt kara di apne hi community ke logon ne.

jyada door nahi jaunga main, apne yahan ki bat karta hun mehrauli shetra se aaj tak mujhe nahi lagta koi jat neta aaya ho, pichle 20-25 sal se to yahan gujaron ka hi shasan chal raha hai. pehle Brahm Singh Tanwar raha karib 15 yrs . logon ne socha kuch khaas nahi kiya to is bar uske bhai Balram Tanwar ko MLA bana diya. aur wo din hai aur aaj ka din maine to sale ki shakl nahi dekhi aas paas ke kisi gaon mein.

Do bar hamare gaon se candidates khade hue dono ki jamanat japt ho gayi.."" jab apna hi sikka khota hota hai to kisi ka kya dosh"" hum punjabis ko, gujjars ko, baniyon ko sabhi casts ko vote dete hain lekin apne bandon ki jamanat japt karate hain. wah re jat mahaan, apne apne signature ke sath JATMahaan, JAT devta , JAI JAT, etc. etc likhne sei kuch nahi hone wale, kuch chahte ho to kuch karna padega.

Bhool Chuuk Maaf , kuch galat likha ho ya kisi ko hurt hua ho to bura mat mannna , aur pher bhi manna chaho to khush raho wase yahan bura manne aur aapas mein ladne ke liye to jaton ko GOLD MEDAL mil hi sakta hai.
 
rightly said deepak bhai, jat hi to jat ko kat-ta hai, now ideolistic ppl plz excuse me by throwing useless comments over jat hi jat ko kat-ta hai issue, it has been proven time and again in history and in current times aswell. kahawaten aise hi nahi banti.

also i would like to draw the attention of our people to one more disturbing issue and that is land accusition.

dilli ke 1 kille (acre) ka sarkari rate is time 30-35 lakh hai, aur usi se 10-20 min ki drive par ek 3-4 kamre ke flat ki kimat hai 40 - 70 lakh. dont u all think this is un justified.

zameen ke rate bhadne ki dar hai 2% annual and waise property bhad rahi hai kitni tej hum sab jaante hai.

1996

land per acre --- 20-23 lacs.
2 bed room flat cost --- 3-6 lakh
50 ghaz ka plat 2.5-3.5 lakh

2006

land per acre --- 30-35 lakh
2-4 bed room flat cost 35 - 90 lakh
50 ghaz ka plot 25-40 lakh

even DDA auctioned plots for several corores recently.

our land rate has not even being incread in accordance to inflation rate.

dont you all think we are being fooled around and our beloved delhi jat leaders from all parties are doing ****.

I am talking slightly away from this topic, but, nevetheless, it is linked to it. There is an old English saying "only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches" which matches the desi version :"Jiske laage wo hi jaane". Jats were the owners of large tracts of fertile in Delhi itself. Even the Muslim rulers did not dare to snatch lands from them, nor did the Britishers. But the year 1947 changed history. Large influx of refugees took shelter in Delhi who, in a short time ultimately became the rulers of this Capital city. Land grabbing continued - first DDA was erected, many cooperative societies came into being and industrialiasts did not lag behind. Now, the majority of Jats in Delhi's villages are in a pitiable condition, despite some of them still owning some residential properties.

The rural people of Punjab are also surprised how the refuees who came from Pakistan a few decades ago, are ultra-rich now and dominating the big cities of Punjab. The terrorism in Punjab during the 1980s was, to some extent, a revolt against this caucus.

Now, the surrounding areas of Delhi, all Jat-dominated - both in UP and Haryana - are feeling the pinch. To some extent, I had tried to highlight this factor in my play Dharti ke Lal (General Talk forum)- a true sound emanated from the hearts of Jat Kisans. Depak bhai...good news...if you have not get the market rate for the land or if there are unjustified reasons for this sealing than I am with you but you know cannot do anything from here. May some opposition to govt policies can force the govt to take right decisions and do justice.

It;s the Jat or any agriculture based person who suffers because of land aqusition..govtnever aquires anything else on its wish.

But for those constrctions delibrately done by ignoring the law, I think for that seiling is justified.

let me share a vital information here

infact the current sealing drive is 100% backed up by govt. and even if it was BJP it would have been same, all these political outfits sirf logon ko gumrah kar rahe hai.

reason for sealing is commonwealth games and there is a agreement signed between govt. and the commonwealth games org. that delhi has to meet certian international standards, one condition can be unauthorised construction, also as we all know delhi is changing rapidly for preapration of these games also when a event like olympics or commonwealth takes place in a city, the entire city transforms and goes for a complete makeover so we are no diffrent. it could have been chosen at the time of signing that agreement not now, and the choice would have been we would have not been chosen for this event.

i have a bleak info. on this for now and am trying hard to know more on this and will get back to u all on this.
 
Dabas Bhai...I donot think commnwealth games organisers have anything to do with unauthorised construction...yes they have some minimum criteria for meeting security standreds and other facilities. But they are least concerned what is built and where. It sounds very silly that commanaelth game organisers want that Delhi govt remoove unauthorised construction and even signed such a deal. Yes Delhi govt may do so before CW games to make the city look better.


Is it running away from responsibility or is it true....TOI says that Delhi police suspects that firing was done by Bangladeshis using country made rivolver. Donot know the reality but I think this statement is to calm the public..rest you guys in delhi can tell more.

rahi bat in Justice Vijender aur Rekha Sharma ki to hamare area ka land aquition case bhi inhi ke court mein tha. file bhi fenk ke mari thi gaonwalon ke muh per inhone jab stay order ke liye apply kiya tha humne supreme court mein. nihayati third class ke justice hain ye. aur ismein bhi koi dorai nahi ki inhone mota maal khaya hai is case mein tabhi itne rude decision de rahe hain.

bhai sandesh govt. to sabhi ek jaisi hain , tanne kahi BJP hoti tei bhi shyad yahi hota, per itna bura hota ye shyad possible nahi tha, kuki BJP ke time pe bhi yo babal hoya tha jahan tak manne yaad hai , JAgmohan ne panga karya tha per pher rok diya tha govt ne. aur dusara gaon ki boundary bhi shyad BJP ke time pe hi hui thi. per main inki koi badai nahi kar raha hain to sabhi ek thali ke chhtte batte .

nowdays, vill lado sarai is suffuring with these so called sealing drives and demolition, so many houses and shops has been sealed by mcd, first dda acquired fields of village in 1950 and compensate in 1980(the amount of compensation was as per govt fixed the value of land in 1950), which later used for shelter the punjabis and sindhi which are in malviya nagar and some adjoining areas.
