Better mind your business and dont think that everyone in this world thinks the way you do ! Let the people decide what to do & what not, and in case you dont, its you who are at fault and no one can help it !

And in case you are so concerned about the ladies first go & learn some etiquettes:cool:

and yes ... also decide what u r fighting for - you want all ladies doing the things of their choice to be beaten up by xyz men?

till what point will you go to decide how they should behave, what they should do & what not? Or you want a gunda culture - if any man sees a lady doing anything objectionable according to him he should go & hit her?

aap te nifraam ho liye par mai konii hui :D..... aade haande ja sae ye chora baate bagaata sa - ek be ye settle ho ja tab jalebi kha ke houngi 'ni-fr-aam' :p

arr ghane din ki baato ki ke jalebi hua kare hain - market me kith te dhundhu mahino puraani jalebi :(

UK is notorious for it's Pub Culture. It has done more harm than good.

It has created problems in society. Violence, anti-social behaviour etc etc are associated with it.

Govt is trying to deal with it but to no avail.

I don't think one should follow everything in the WEST blindly.

On the other hand I'm not in favour of Vigil ante taking control of the situation.

Everyone should have a freedom of choice the way they want to lead their life (as long as it's legal of course)

I didnt said that males & females are alike ! They are obviously different BUT they both are human beings and are ought to be treated at par keeping in regard this broad similarity !

I think one should not copy each other aur han this is male dominate society and it should be, coz male can control the things better.

Really I dont know whether such list exists ! Oh God mai itni badi kaise ho gayi bina is list ko jaane padhe :confused::o

One thing is good in India that Administration is too smart to shrink the responsibility to administer law and order.
Example 1: long time ago there was law and order problem in Gurgaon regarding safety of women working in Call Centres. Instead of providing security to those women the administration came with an idea that women should not work in night shift and they tried to enforce it against all odds.
Example 2: the current example of Bangalore pubs.
If the administration has problem with these pubs then the legislature can make laws for their governance and implement it. Why a gender bias is being created in our society where as the constitution clearly says that there will be no discrimination on the basis of cast, gender, race etc……..

It is unfortunate that instead of solving any problem people want to run away from it. The so called Ram Sena can create social awareness instead of taking law in their own hands and the most unfortunate thing, the ruling party and its CM justifies these unlawful activities.

Bhai koi na lock karta is thread ne, apne vichar or bhaavnaayein khul kar vyakt kar.........intzaar kar rahe hai aur utsak hai padhne ke liye........

I have always been a advocate on building on things rather than starting afresh , though its not always the right idea! :)

Culture and tradition is one thing , we must certainly not try to create all new but rather add on and fine tune the older versions how ever buggy it may look or feel like!

One can easily segregate the two clear groups over here on the thread , the proponents of the continuity of the culture we have lived in for ages and the advocates of the ideas of equality , egalitarian approach!


Whos right , whos wrong? Once can have his/her personal take on that! :) And it will be biased by your beliefs for sure!
Or if you chose to include the evolution theory into it , Darwin will propose that the better ones to adapt will eventually make it their way! :)


Adapt is "the" word and adapt one should , how fast is again how comfortable you are!

Change is destined , we can only try and make it gradual for a smoother transition :)

It does not make sense to categorise some work only reserved for guys and on the same time it also is immature to categorise such acts and put the blame on the men fraternity! :) or to divert the anger and reaction in a ways so as it looks like that the female sect are the targetted ones!

Remember you only giving opportunity for discrimination if you chose to categorise! :)
