I agree. This idiot was the reason why innocent sikhs died. A criminal is a criminal regardless of his race. Sikhs are Jat Brothers. There was a Jat that was invited by Guru Govind Singh. A Jat Sikh is a Jat first then a Sikh.
We must know the difference between guilt and innocence. He was guilty then he is guilty now, he must be punished. He has the blood of innocent people on his hand.
